Can't load the map for directions to baggage claim and the loading animation is easily annoying. This app leaves me wondering.

This app is worse than their website. If you need an airport map DO NOT USE THIS APP. Atrocious that this is from seatac directly

Every aspect of this app is a joke. First of all, when you download the app, and each time you open it, it asks permission to use your phone's location and access to all of your phone's media files. Not too sure why the airport would need any of that info. The app itself is a buggy mess and rarely works properly. It's also incredibly frustrating that many of the features on the app (such as TSA wait times) are only available via the app when they could easily be placed on the SEA-TAC website.

The map doesn't work. How hard is it to make a map work.

Fairly lame attempt. Nice to be able to save your parking spot, but that's about the only highlight. Shopping page doesn't work. On another page the bottom menu disappeared. Too bad you have to install the app to get security wait times. Come on Port of Seattle you can do better. Look at the WSDOT app for some inspiration.

Its a good app!, but one thing should be fixed :) Even when you uninstall the app, it leaves internal icons (green Facebook icon for example) on the phone that need to be deleted manually later. Would be nice for it to do a full clean uninstall. But overall, liked the app especially the map and airport businesses feature!

wait times were a little off but still close enough to be a good tool for choosing security checkpoints. it was very easy to add my flight to the dashboard, which made keeping track of the gate super easy. 👍👍

The main function of this app is to show wait times at the security checkpoints. unfortunately, when a checkpoint is closed, the app reports a <15 minute wait. That cost me over 10 minutes, as I had to walk from checkpoint 1 over to #4. Fix that and I would give it 4 or 5 stars.

Why does an app that is already location focused need my personal location? I would only use this at SeaTac. The fact that I could at least find a dining map kept this from being a 1 star review. Dear SeaTac team, just provide a qr code for quickly downloading updated airport maps with service locations that are accurate, at least that way I wouldn't download a buggy app that I felt motivated to negatively review

Fairly worthless app. The contact us page doesn't work, neither do the links to info on the rapid test supposedly available at airport. The link did work 2 weeks ago to schedule appointment for security line.

I downloaded the app to check the TSA wait times and they have registered "<15" for the past 3 days and I KNOW that isnt accurate. It would also be nice to be able to check the traffic video or at least have a description of the approach to the airport in order to gauge incoming vehicle traffic.

The wait times aren't accurate anymore. Im looking at the app that says <5 minutes as I've been standing in it for 20. I feel like it was accurate pre-COVID. Curious how it predicts wait times and how it would go downhill.

I booked parking on website, then got the app to use the booking info, but no way to load booking info to app. I guess working in close proximity to Microsoft and Amazon does not give them any extra knowledge when making apps. Uninstalled.

This app is completely useless until it actually works as advertised (security times never update and are flat out wrong).

Good maps and directions inside the airport. Would be nice to be able to save directions you've queried on the past.

Absolutely useless for security checkpoint times. said <5 and 5-10 was actually more than a half hour from beginning to end.

The only useful portion of this app is the wait time information for security checkpoints, which should just be available on a website like every other airport in the country. This whole app just screams "Some executive decided we needed an app!"

had to delete. impossible to check a flight status without the app closing itself out. update 04-09. app still doesnt work. had to downgrade to 1 star. total trash. dont waste your time downloading this

Very poor updates on security checkpoints. Some checkpoints closed for a couple of hours and still showing as open.

security wait times not even remotely close. i download this app just to get the wait times since they wont post them online and i was sitting in a 1.5 hour long security line with the app showing <15 minutes. Laughed hard

App has been helpful with finding baggage claim and flight arrival times for friends I have picked up from Seatac. It updated arrival times after a flight was late too. Ialso like how it gives you directions on the map.

Gate assignments, map and other info are good. But don't trust security wait times. It says all lines are less than 15 minutes and we waited an hour.

Worthless app. Screening times are completely inaccurate. App continuously crashes.

work on the crushing issue. it keeps closing down. otherwise its one of the best apps i have come across. full of information.

Easy to use

Seemed accurate but wanted control of my camera and photos. Then downloaded icons and pictures to my photo album. Uninstalled.

The security wait times in the app always show <15 minutes no matter what the wait times actually are. I should have believed the other reviews.

Just dropped a friend at SeaTac. The app said 5-10 minute wait time. She said that she waited almost an hour. Totally unreliable.

Gives inaccurate information about what security checkpoints are for general boarding. Time waster...
