Sad that it's gone. Uninstalling now. Used to be 4 to 5 stars.

You could enter your flights and it would show you what gate you was arriving at, what gate you were leaving from, and what concessions were nearby. It would even tell you what time your connection was leaving. Now it just shows you static information about terminal. Totally useless.

The app is decent but it doesn't work on the airplane without a data connection. I'd hoped that if I entered my itinerary ahead of time that it would cache the airports associated with the trip so that I could determine my game plan once I land when I am sitting on the plane doing nothing. Not being able to figure out where to eat until I land and am already in the airport is not near as useful.

In LAX, keep getting hourglass, once i do get something to load, you click on something and it does nothing. Spent 10 minutes trying to find starbucks and all i could finally get was a list throughout the airport. No idea how close the other terminals are, wouldnt load. Would get a few clicks into the app then nothing. Would have to close app and start over. This app used to be handy, but made me want to throw my phone across the airport this morning.

I gave this app a trial run during business travel. The whole airport database and amenities section is fine. Building itineraries is easy. My big issue and the reason for a low star count is gate changes ARE NOT UPDATED. NOT REAL-TIME NOT AT ALL in fact. If a person had a short layover for a connecting flight and you trusted this app you would miss your flight if gates changed. Use it for reference but you will still need to check the boards constantly.

and that is disappointing. The app claims to be powered by Bing maps yet some airports in the continental US do not display a map, but a static jpeg (e.g., IND). Other airports in CONUS, like RIC, don't even show up.

it is good when it works but often times it just keeps crashing no matter what I try to resolve the issue - reboot / reinstall. Seems to be some nasty adds and/or bad programming ...

App use to be great. Crashes more then it works, tried uninstalling, clearing cache nothing works. Sad to see the app be Uninstalled

Hi all, I am using a Samsung Note 4. After installing the app, I attempted to add flight information. I can successfully find, add, save the first leg of my trip. However if I try adding the connecting flight, it errors out after I find the flight number and select it. The error simple says that the app has unfortunately stopped. Any ideas of what I can do differently on my side? Sincerely, Nissa Beilhardt

I have this app installed on my Sprint Samsung Galaxy S2, while connected to 4G I receive the message "FlySmart is having trouble connecting to its data source". Once I turn off the 4G and connect to 3G data the app works great and with no issues. This is majorly incovenient.

Developer responded to the ad issue and now the app works as it used to. It would still help to have the security wait times that I can see on the website. Not sure why this is unavailable on the app.

Tried to search for flight and also look up airport info and it just hung there...and I have 4G with full bars.

The app crashes every time I try selecting a flight for a trip. I've un-installed and re-installed numerous times. Uninstalling until you fix it.

Finding flights was the only reason I used Fly Smart to begin with, so unfortunately I won't be using it anymore. :( I hope you guys bring it back.

Using it now & not showing gate # even though my flight leaves in 2 hrs. I'll keep checking it for the listed amenities.

Love this app. I use it every time I fly. Great user submitted reviews for restaurants and shops. Indispensable for regular travelers.

Freezes when calling up maps. Waste of time.

Worthless always asking for info in notification. Uninstalling.

Needs to include public rapid transit ground transport info like blue line at ohare

Locks up and hard to get updates

Keeps crashing and shutting down on me.

This App needs to be updated regularly...
