Trying to book a future arrival/pickup from an airport consistently crashes app. Only good for viewing existing bookings.
Beware of these scumbags! They will accept and steal stolen credita card info! Beware!!!!!!
This recent app version (4.5.3) from October 13....is like going backwards...the previous app was better. Not appropriate options for airport pickups and dropoffs...and once you make a reservation....you cant tell. Ive made multiple reservations not even realizing it. I guess I'll see if i actually get picked up when and where i should be.
Terrible app! Doesn't link to all reservations, i.e. ones made on phone and it CONSTANTLY crashed.
This new app crashes when I try to use it. Now I have to go back to just calling to book a ride.
Terribly buggy and is poorly intuitive. I enter address and nothing happens.
$176.79 USD to go from Ealing to LHR is atrocious. This app/car service is clearly meant for those with unlimited expense budgets.
Requires far too much PII. In the age of identity theft, the requirements of registration were so off putting that I immediately uninstalled the app. Ridiculous!

I LOVE this Car Service....TOP NOTCH and the most wonderful, professional Drivers... The Cars are Classy....They are On-Time and Always there Upon Arrival... Help with baggage, make sure I am Comfortable....and No-Nonsense trip to Airport..... One Drawback....I cannot reach them independently from Booking on EMIRATES... I wanted to use AL in NYC to go to JFK on another Airline... could NOT reach AL and connect....Please give us a Telephone Number to Contact and speak to representative...Thanks.
