Amazing job on the UX, butter smooth and has all needed functionalities. This app is an example of what simple apps should be.
It is amazing to see an app in our app-centered world which lacks a basic function such as allowing purchase of a return ticket, or even more than one single ticket at a time. A return trip for 2 people requires 4 separate purchases. The website has no such limitations. Uninstalled.
the app is well made and does what is expected of it, however due to idiocy in the dev team it blocks phones with user root access for no reason. Thankfully, this idiocy means their solutions for blocking the apps usage are also bad and access to the app can be gained on a rooted phone without too much trouble.
Great easy app to use for Flytoget I use often when going to Oslo, Norway. The best way to get from the airport to downtown.
tells me my (very valid) mobile number is invalid. Tried all variation!
Another useless app
I'm trying to log in and it tells me my phone is invalid
Works as it should
The app does not show the train schedule between 0:50 and 5:30!
Easy to use
Should automatically suggest where you are as starting point
The app works fine when using a single payment card. However, I need to use different cards depending on who should pay for the trip in question. I can add several cards, be but have to change the default to change payment mode, as only the default card at any time shows up in the list of available cards. This is cumbersome for an app the purpose of which is to simplify travel.
Everything works on my Samsung Galaxy S7. From receiving the code to registering my CC and buying the ticket. Your tickets are easily accessible on the home screen.
Can't purchase multiple tickets. Pretty useless when I'm traveling with family.
It worked well for me. No issues with a single payment method.
When the design team makes it so you cant even find your bought ticket without asking for help. Not intuitiv!
Couldnt even register my cards (Visa debit and credit), why even bother with an app?
(Revised from * to ***) Just downloaded the app as I'm travelling to Oslo next week. The SMS verification code took a while to arrive. May edit this further depending on how it works when I travel....
The app itself is bad but the company 's service is even worse. Avoid it with all your strengths.
Useless if you're traveling abroad or unable to access your phone data. Requests sms authorisation before purchase.
I see other reviewers have requested Amex support for a long time. Still no Amex payment. What's the problem?
App tells me my phone number is invalid. I tried all possible formats: select UK from drop down, use +44 prefix, use 0044 prefix, use 0 prefix and use no prefix at all. App tells me my number is invalid.
1) You choose the ticket type after you tap "buy". This is not good design. 2) When opening my "most recent used apps" (square button) when this app is open, it automatically goes back to the Flytoget app. I need to go to close this app before being able to use the "most recent" menu.
If your train is running late, this app will NOT let you know it is arriving. Even though their website has this data readily available. And not accepting Amex? Get lost
Worthless app for buying tickets for travellers. Required SMS text in order to make an account. If you are using it just for scheduled train times it is okay.
Unresponsive, signup fails but still lets me continue through flow, only to fail again and restart flow which fails again
App is unusable. When you go to pay it asks for a phone number. It tells me my own phone number (Iceland) is not valid and will not let me continue. Please consider users from other countries when developing an app for the airport.
