This is a user friendly app, good initiative and excellent initiative. 1) During peak hours no need to wait for buses and ride in the traffic with ease. 2) with this changing environmental issues using electric bikes is eco-friendly. 3) we need a slight boost in speed limit and Try to provide two helmets and kindly increase your blue zones to all the metro station areas. *A must try app* ~Thankyou🙂
There is no update on the play store, but the app is asking me to update. If I skip, it fails to open the camera for capturing selfie in KYC screen. Error thrown as No Camera Found. Please fix the issue.
I am not having any updates available in playstore.. but if I open the app it asking to update it... If I skip updating and tried capturing photo for identity .. it shows "No camera found"

Awesome service. User friendly app, easy availability of vehicles. Only issue is that the blue zone it covers is only for a small area. But they have already assured that expansion is under process.. so all in all, wonderful experience and way to go guyz.

Flyy service is need of the hour. Since we cannot travel to interior places by bus. We can use this service to go anywhere within the zone, also we don't need to park the vehicles back at the respective hub which makes it more easy to use.
Very practical and easy to understand. Bikes are in perfect condition. Top speed is low but I suppose that's cause of safety regulations. What happens if we cross the blue region in the map?
Used this service once, the keyless concept is very unique, the pricing is very affordable and mainly the bikes are electric This service will be a boon to this city. I request Flyy to bring more bikes and make the expand the blue zone

This is a user friendly app and a good initiative. I used the bike multiple times. Easy to ride and it's economical. Please provide bike station at Ramanujan IT park, Taramani, Chennai-113 The bike pickup can be better.
This Flyy app is very good to use and very easy to operate. I had a very good experience by riding these E-vehicles which is very unique and new to the me. Nice work.
It's quite amazing to have beautiful initiatives.My suggestions are 1. Keep two helmets per bike so that it becomes statutory compliance in Tamil Nadu 2.Kindly advertise more so that many users can enjoy 3.kindly expand the zonal area to all metros so that better connectivity come into exist.

A paining experience. Not worth it App works too slow. Booking ride is very slow and inaccurate. Sometimes have to wait around 20 mins to book and sometimes not able to book at all. The vehicles are often in poor condition and dirty. Half of the time you will find vehicles having very low charge. Customer service is non existant. Your feedbacks are never followed up with. Overall a long way to go. Good idea but a painstaking journey for your users.
