I had to get on their website because "sever not responding". But even on their website the UI is pure garbage. In the browse by genre section not every genre is included. And when you click download on a song it restarts.
Leaving my review for the authentication error and happy to resolve once you resolve. I love the Free Music Archive, but please, either delete the app or make it usable, guys.
You guys really need to get it together. Your app doesn't work and your website needs major help. For one why can't you just ad a simple player to skip through all the lame songs ?
As soon as i downloaded the app, it said "Server Not Responding!! Please try again". I am highly unimpressed. For anyone who wants to download music, this is not the app. @FMA wack, wack, wack
It didn't connect to the server so didn't even work. I'm uninstalling it now. *update* just reinstalled it but it is the same problem. Shame.
I genuinely like the website and I think y'all should take chances on there even if it's broken as well, though not as much. Please fix this app or fix the problems the website has
What happened to this app? Not too long ago I was getting beats to make songs for fun, next minute, whole thing breaks. how?
I love the website, but this app does nothing but give you a blank screen. It just says that it can't connect to the server... What a scam.

Sirvers are not going to work. I tryed on my PC and on my phone and they both didn't work.
I downloaded the app but it won't open, I had it before and it worked fine. What's wrong with it? I had to uninstall, doesn't work.
Horrible on app. Blank screen. Just use the website and pin it to home screen 👍

The Free Music Archive is the largest collection of free music. Free as in freedom, not just free as in beer. Like free and open source software, the FMA uses copyleft licenses, allowing various degrees of sharing and derivative works of the music it hosts. Originally run by freeform radio station WFMU, the FMA is now run by KitSplit, a video equipment rental company that offers peer-to-peer rentals. This transition is why the app doesn't work. All the music is still on the website, however.
