Security
The security of F&M Bank’s clients is our #1 concern. F&M Mobile Banking utilizes best practice security services such as HTTPS, TLS encryption, PIN or password access, biometrics, and application time-out when your mobile phone or device is not in use. Only the phones that you personally enroll in the service can access your accounts. No account data is ever stored on your phone, including check images for Mobile Check Deposit. You can also communicate with F&M Bank through our secure Message Center.

The app is stable and works but not intuitive. Eg. To switch accounts you can not just tap on the back button. You have to keep scrolling to the top and push a specific button. You also can only see 100 transactions at a time so if you are going back to look at a specific transaction you can't just keep scrolling as it auto populates. Ultimately, I love FMB. I'm happy the app is stable and the customer support is amazing. No recordings, real people, fluent English.
Overall a decent app for checking payments, balances etc. I main problem, and this has been exacerbated by current events, it the deposit function. It is spotty and unreliable which is can be a larger problem when it really needed.
Difficult transition from the old app (log in) and typing the deposit amount is considerably slower than before (Why?). Otherwise it has a nice look and more information.

This app is very user friendly. It provides me with easy secure access to my FMB account and also other connected credit card accounts. I'm impressed.
My favorite banking app thus far! There is so many features that are available to use that help with managing my finances and the security is phenomenal! I'll be banking with F&M for years to come!
Everything works great for me except depositing checks. I tried about 20 times over the course of 2 days before giving up and doing it in person. I don't have to deposit many checks so it isn't a deal breaker.
I do not need to upgrade my phone cannot handle anymore apps and I don't even have a lot on them now I cannot have F and M as an app because it will not let me download it and my phone is a Samsung 8 plus and it is not overloaded with apps but it is irritating that now I cannot use the old app
I really like your app. Since I live out of state now, It gives me all the information I need, via my cell, rather than having to call the Telebanker before I recieve my monthly statement.

It works. Login is easy, account info pops up immediately, and the menu is easy to navigate

The great thing about a bank app is that it tells you exactly wh where the money came from & where it went to. And this app does exactly that , so thank you for that.
Never opens without getting a secret access code. No one can seem to correct this.

This new takes longer to open, but wirth the wait! I am happy itstill has the fingerprint option.

F&M is the best bank ever. The app works faultless . And if you need to speak to someone. They offer Old school services. I've never called and spoken to a machine. I always get a live person day or night. Thanks F&M
I was just trying to check my bank account and once again I have to download an app and wait for it to load before I can see what's going on why do you always change everything
Like F&M experience for financials. However, the app/user interface at this time is clunky.

The FM Bank in San Juan Capistrano has an amazing group of individuals. They all are great and so helpful when you need assistant or even a simple problem. FM is my favorite bank even tho i have 2 others. I rate the SJC FM a 10t. Bud East
