FMBN MOBILE

It's truly a useless app. I tried to sign up and I waited for about an hr with strong internet connection yet, it didn't work. I attempted to repeat the process, a pop up surfaced with the message: NETAPPS 0009: Invalid (Entry Already Exist). I attempted using the entries I imputed earlier, this time, NETAPPS 0122: Invalid Userword or Password popped up. Useless!!!

This is the worst app I have ever seen. I updated to this new version but it is far worst than the one upgraded from. You can't sign in, you can't check any information, nothing is working. Pls do the right thing. Is it because you are a government establishment and we have no option? Pls improve on your services, contributors are tired. If there is zero star, I would I given that to this app.

The app is great. But, I wish you can add a statement download option for a user to be able to download his/her statement anytime he/she so wishes. This downloaded statement should be printable. Such printed statement could then be presented to any desk officer of fmbn at any office to check and help clear some perceived/noted grey areas on the account statement. Thank you.

This is not usefull at all bcos it is impossible to use app:login impossible all the time. Your App is still impossible to use after i reinstalled yesterday based on your response. I am sending you an email today and probably my last communication to you on this matter

This is the worst mobile app I have ever used. I have not been able to login for a long time and now I have forgotten my password. I tried to reset my password but after inputting my NHF number, the reset token will be sent to my phone while the app will keep on loading non stop as long as you keep it on. It is not network issue because even when I have a strong network it's still the same, loading and saying " PLEASE WAIT " do I need to wait for one year or more?. PLEASE FIX THIS

Lovely app. But the developer need to fix the following issues under edit profile: 1. The email field is non editable. 2. None of the fields under next of kin is editable. 3. There is no guidelines on the functions of fmbn or on how the scheme works. Thank you

No star. The App doesn't work! I downloaded the app, it asked me to type in my NHF number and to create a password which I did. On the next screen It asked me to type in the last four digits of phone number, I did and it sent me a reset code by SMS. Now to log in with my NHF number and the newly created password No WAY. I even tried the reset code still nothing works. PLEASE FIX IT, THE APP DOES NOT WORK.

Good concept in modern era but the app needs improvement to serve it's purpose. It's not opening beyond the opening page. Its showing network lost even with strong network.Take note please

Not useful. Downloaded and was unable to go past the first page where it requested for my NHF number and new password. I actually set a STRONG password and the app kept showing please wait...

I'm asked to update the app but there is no new update of this app at today being 31st of May 2019, so what is happening to the app? The app is no longer working or responding to me any longer. please fix it and let me access my account anytime any day.

Well is simple to use but it doesn't ask for password anytime am signing in, just once I click "continue to login" it will just open. It should be my privacy not everyone using my phone should have access to my finance apps. Thanks

i tried to register but doesn't go beyond the submit to enter the otp which had already been sent to my phone. i strongly believe it isn't network issue because my network is strong here. pls kindly improve on it for easy access.

I cannot register as a new user. Once otp is sent to my mobile number, it keeps processing without going to the next stage where i can input the otp. Please review and update the app if it is bug related issue

The Federal Mortgage is unserious that is why they intentionally developed this app to replicate their level of unserious Ness. They have been deducting 1,489 monthly from my salary for the past 12years i have been in service yet my total amount is 29,400.

Too bad and very poor interface, also try and include what you have in the *219# into the application menu.

Welldone for the work! As observed and experienced the apps doesn't support edition of profile data. What do you have to say on this?

i downloaded d app and have been teying two days to sign up but it does not go beyond d 1st step despite having strong network. that i should "enter a value to the field provided" evenhough i have dont it several times

it doesn't exceed the token stage...it sends u a token and it keeps searching till forever.. i don't think the app is ready for use for now..

Finding it difficult to register be cause no token was sent and have tried so many times. Please look into it. Thanks

sign up takes forever, just saying please wait and keeps loading, instead of displaying box where one time password will be inputted, improvement on this app is necessary ASAP

So sad. Unable to download and install in my device for several hours of trial. Keep on telling me that my email and password are invalid. Please help me.

I downloaded the app and registered, and a token was sent to me. but anytime i try login, a massage come us that i have put a wrong username or password

It keeps saying upgrade app and directs one to come to the playstore but there's no upgrade available

i cant log in with the password registered with. its a persistent problem. a review should be made to review this problem.thanks.

This app is the worst application I ever downloaded. One can't sign up at all. Too bad.

It's a wonderful app to us so efficient, but do also include other packages like housing loans here

This app doesn't make any sense, after editing your profile it still goes back to how it was

logged in with my FHN but it displayed an entirely different details and it can't be corrected.
