The updated app is an improvement to the already great app. I have been doing remote banking with FMFCU for the past 7 years and really appreciate it. Thank you. The only minor inconvenience is with "bill pay". It allows you to select a date that is invalid. You only find out about it when you go to the screen to review and submit the payments. In my opinion, in addition to weekends, it should also have those random dates (holidays, etc.) grayed out as unavailable choices. That's why I gave 4 st

The old app never worked for me no matter what I did to try to remedy. The updated version with the change in interface works fine, but requires consistent installing/uninstalling just to log in consistently. Super great for someone who doesn't have easy access to a private computer that seven other idiot people use to take facebook quizes on 🤦🏼‍♂️ If the app could fix that, it would get a solid four-five stars. UPDATE: the newest update fixed the issue listed above. Solid app

I have to clear my cache every time I want to use this app otherwise it hangs on the loading screen. I cannot use the mobile deposit feature because it hangs on the loading screen no matter what I try to do. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times, cleared my cache, and checked all my settings. Extremely frustrating app, do not recommend.

App constantly logs me back out within seconds of doing something. Half the time it won't recognize my password. Have to try twice. At times it has my device registered and other times it doesn't. Have uninstalled and reinstalled more times then worth it. I didn't have the app installed or have any desire to use it in first place but had trouble when the switchover happened on web and was told to download the app as that would be easier per a FMFCU employee

The app is fine for the most part but my check deposit almost never works. The photos it tries to take a heavily skewed and rotated. I've tried uninstalling & reinstalling many times but nothing works. I tried depositing a check on my husband's phone and the app would take normal pictures but wouldn't save them, so I couldn't deposit on there either.

As usual, their so-called "enhancements" have made the basic functions more difficult. App is super slow to take the photo, then the check that was well within their tiny box is still cut off. I tried about 15 times to take the picture of my check. Thanks for wasting my time (again).

They require a "secure access code" every time I log in! Anytime I need to check my balance or access my account for whatever reason, they need a secure access code. This requires me to wait for a text, email, or phone call (which I never use) in order for me to access my account. If the app would remember and/or recognize my phone as secure then this wouldn't happen every single time! It's a waste of time and texts! Please fix, or provide me a solution!

Can't login!!! Therefore I can't deposit a check!!! Just downloaded the latest version, they keep phasing out/ killing off their old apps for some reason and then releasing a new one, instead of just letting you auto update the old apps. Tried restarting phone, restarting app, uninstalling/ reinstalling app and it gives me the same error, the app accepts the correct password and then just says loading with a spinning circle indefinitely... typing in the wrong password on purpose will give an error message that you can't login b/c of wrong password, but the correct password just gives you the loading screen forever! I also just called and the phone rep just said she reached out to the tech team and that they aren't aware of any issues. I asked if I can contact the tech dept directly which she replied they don't have a direct number. I then tried to explain a lot of other people are having problems with the app, they can just check the Google Play store or the Apple App store and there's similar reviews, to which she responded "Oh we don't control the app stores so we don't have any control of any issues with those programs." Doh! Time to switch banks I think...

In person service is great, app is terrible. Often there are login issues and sometimes there are in app errors saying it can't access information. And a recurring issue between my wife and I who both use FMFCU is that mobile deposit barely ever works. On my phone I have tried clearing cache, clearing app storage, uninstall, reinstall, and it still won't work. Now my check says for mobile deposit only on the back and the app won't let me deposit it. Wonderful.

this app is great (when it works)..I have to reinstall app for It to log in one time then after that it just keeps loading. I've even gave it 20 minutes to load and still nothing. everytime I reinstall it takes my data and I dont have the luxury of wifi at work. I called customer service and they really did not have much to say for a fix. If you are aware that the app is jacked up then just be honest and say that you're working on the bugs with a new update.saying nothing just frustrates....

I have had more issues with this app and bank than one could imagine. I could not deposit a check via mobile bank to save my life because the bank rejects it days later, than overdrafts you. The customer service is just as poor and rude. Yesterday, a rep threatened to hang up on me, said I was talking over her. I barely spoke. I will be looking for a new bank that is more user friendly. *UPDATE: 2/19/22 WORST APP still. I still cannot deposit checks but the bank could care less!

Ugh! I don't think I have ever actually been able to log in on this app. Regardless of phone, regardless of updates, regardless of date, time, wi-fi or 5G. They might as well just rename the app "An unknown error has occured" federal credit union. The brick and mortar credit union is great. The real website is great. Any employee I've ever talked to had been great. This app is junk.

I've been a member for a while and was excited that FMFCU was coming out with a mobile app. However, the excitement stops there. Since downloading I've only been able to access just once. I can't even login now even with the new update and reinstalling it. Very frustrated

This app moves extremely slow. It takes a really long time to load my account information. Sometimes it takes me 3 or more times to open the app. Also, sometimes the app will say the network is down, and instructs me to log in later.

This app is just about worthless. When trying to login, I either get an error despite using my correct credentials or it just displays a "Loading" status indicator that never goes away. Also, unlike the old app, this app doesn't even allow mobile deposits! Please start listening to your customers and all the negative reviews!

Really bad. Deposit check function is essentially useless, certain pages never load, and I constantly have to log in. It's clearly a website and not a standalone app, and the lack of quality is obvious. I'm switching to a different credit union because this app is so unusuable.

Does not connect to the server. Uninstalled and reinstalled the FMFCU app numerous times. Does not load. Connecting via the internet works fine. Using an Android Samsung S9+ version 10 with Google Crome build 85.0.4183.81. Downloaded FMFCU app from Google Play store. Uninstalling reinstalling produces same effect - never loads.

The app is good , but only when it works. I always have to uninstall the app and reinstall because it keeps freezing and will just keep loading . Its very annoying. When u are on the app its great !.. Please fix this.

I was contacted about my 1 star review due to my app not working shortly after leaving m y review. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app as suggested and it is working perfectly again. Quick support like this goes a long way these days and I truly appreciate it. This is a great app to view your account balances, make quick transfers and pay bills. Great job FMFCU! I appreciate the attention I would expect from a small back with banking options I would only expect to have with the large banks. Proud to be a long time member. Keep up the great work!

New update doesn't close app by using the back button. Have to log off and close the app. And I can't access bill pay that was set up when we had just one member #. If I have access to all the accounts why don't I have access to that?

On-Line Banking Is Horrible ... There is NO electronic trail of paying bills from which acct. it was drawn from (I have multiple Aqua bills, once its paid doesn't remind you from which it was drawn from) !! I wish I'd known this before leaving "Citizens Bank". !! Please take a page out of there on-line banking !! Went to the Havertown branch to solve my issue ... I was CORRECT issue can't solved !! I stand by my orginal review !!

Horrible! I have not been able to place funds in my account with use of a debit card from another bank for payment of a loan. The app locks me out with my saved password. Says incorrect. I type in the same password for new password and it says "you can't use an OLD password ". So I then type in a totally new password, it opens the app. I'm in the app, i tap on the loan to open it up, the app freezes. I have to back out the app. then I can't get back in the app because of the same NONSENSE!!!

The app is easy to use. I like that you can add external accounts and transfer money to external accounts, make loan payments with ease, track your spending habits, and even see your credit score for free.

This app gives me the ability to view, pay bills, and make transfers between all of my accounts. It has really alleviated the constant calls, ATM stops,, and bank visits that I use to make to do simple things!

I downloaded the app for one reason: to make a mobile check deposit. Something told me to expect a problem, but I gave this app a shot anyway. Of course, I should have listened to my gut. After two attempts with very clear photos being rejected, I gave up and deleted the app. I've made mobile deposits using other bank apps with less fuss. Why is it that FMFCU never fails to disappoint?

Quick transfers are made impossible. Im never able to select a transfer date and when I can it just says error. The only solution I've found is to reinstall the app.
