Keeps asking for update, but won't update. Called for help, told to try deleting and reinstalling, did that. Still not working. Have no access. This has always been a sketchy app.
Worked fine before!! Now you go and the app says an update is required. Come here to update the app, go back and it says an update is still required... or it leads you to a different app that needs to be installed, which is a bit dodgy, and even that one doesn't work!
It worked before. It seems as though this app update was established to make life easier for FNBO not your consumer. After reading consumer reviews it appears as though it is a hassle for your customers. Please fix so your customers are not inconvienced.
Every time I log in, it requires me to update even when there is no update. Sometimes it just goes into this loop and doesn't log on. Please fix this.

Frustrating app! The one time I was able to login, I hated it because it's in the desktop view not an app friendly view like other bank apps! It also froze or kicked me out multiple times. After reading the other reviews I guess that is common! I need a bank where the app is just as great as the bank! I don't have time to fight with the app or always run into the bank. Very disappointing as a new customer! I'm possibly thinking of closing my account if i can't have a mobile option of checking my information on the go!....Also why isn't there a option to have the finger print scanner login. There also needs to be a easier way of retrieving your login info when you forget it, instead of getting a code emailed to you! When you go to click out of the app to go to your email to get your temporary code that was sent to you, the app puts you back to the home page and doesn't keep you on the code page, so you cant put the temporary code in! This app seems very outdated!......Id rather just go to the ATM and check my account balance because I give up!
App used to be awesome. No I have to reinstall it every day I want to use it. Not useful. 2 years later still having this issue.
The app us a joke, constantly have to get password reset daily. Two months of the same issue! You say delete app and download again, I did and same issues. I'll be switching banks
Why cant I make a transfer know from debit card to my savings.... Who's idea was that?? Way inconvenient know.
Hi. Just like Chris Cumrine, I have the most recent update and I still can't log in. I wonder why it's not working. I even told my branch about it and they asked if I had this app and that I should be able to log in. No such luck. :( I love being able to check my balance on the go. Please fix it. I would like to share what it says on my phone's screen after loading the app, but there is no place to add pictures.
Stopped working. What a pain.. my chase app works... I hope they fix it so I don't move my accounts to them.. I have the most up to date version. I've become very dependent on the mobile deposit and bill pay.
The app tells you to update it, go go update and it's already up to date. Uninstall and re download and that doesn't work. Also don't trust auto pay, it won't work and then they will decrease your limit by 90% out of the blue
