Been uaing this app for years. New update. Will not load at all. I am extremely disappointed at thia moment. Do not fix something that is not broken.
App is easy to use with alot of useful features.
I regret pressing "Update". Took a perfectly functional app, replaced it with an app that WILL NOT RUN on my Galaxy S20. Reports a security error and stops. Have uninstalled/restarted phone/reinstalled/restarted multiple times. Cleared cache and data. Final conclusion, this update is worthless, I wish I could roll back to previous, WORKING release.
App won't work. It won't load or anything!
Absolutely atrocious app. Nothing is connected to their internal data. Randomly have your account locked. Attempt to reset password. Receive no email. Finally receive email 8 hours later. Password has expired. Call cs. Have them send you a reset email. Repeate. Do not bank here if you even remotely want to leverage technology to your benefit.
First time using the app to do a transfer on the phone. Went well except that I had to locate my password to complete the transaction, it would be much faster if bio metrics when applied would allow transactions to be completed without manual input of password.
So far been with this bank for years. They have been great!

Consistent problems with the login screen. Either wont work or always down. This app crashes more than my two year old kid learning how to ride a bike without training wheels.
Updated phone to Samsung Galaxy S 22. I cannot get this app to work. Have removed, restarted, reloaded a dozen times. No luck.
Keeps getting better. Love the instant balance and fingerprint log in. Wish we didn't have to enter our password for a transfer, but the security is nice.
The app makes it so much easier to check on everything about my accounts. I dont like how the app crashes or has times it does not work, especially if I need to know how much money I currently have.
Not only is this app terrible but the bank is too. I think they keep the app from working so they can charge an extra $32 if you go over 5 cents on redbox. They literally charged me $32 for 5 cents.
It has had issues with crashing and not opening. I think it has been resolved, but it's happened on and off for the last 5 or 6 weeks.
The mobile app is fantastic! I like the instant balance feature. Money transfers are simple to do.
Only 4 stars instead of 5 because the update doesnt work. I update and then it tries to re-install which of course doesnt work since its already installed.
So user friendly! love being able to login with my fingerprint. It will automatically log you out to protect your account.
I loved this app until recently. I have had to uninstall and reinstall it several times just to get it to work. Hopefully this issue will be resolved.
I love this app, it has helped me keep up to date on my child's and my accounts. It's helps me help him to stay within his budget.
I have had a good experience while using The FNB app on my phone. Sure helps take away some of the Stress with Finances!
The app crashes a lot or just plain wont load
My app will not load for me to open. It stops when try to open it and says it was forced stop. What do I do to fix it.
Not very user friendly. Can't login to either personal or business accounts.
Not too bad! Easier than many banking apps to find what you are looking for
As of now the app is broken.
"Nothing But Net"! It's great. Keeps me from bad decisions. Everything is real time.
Error has occurred please call for assisstance. Getting tired of that message real quick.

Never have tried mobile banking, but was talked through by an amazingly patient!! employee she was SOO helpful and polite with me. I'm not a techie type of person so this was all new for me. Have always banked with FNB and have never had any issues or problems. Thank you to everyone who has helped me in the past and recently. Your the best 👍🏼
