GETTING STARTED
To use the FNB FirstMobile App, you must be enrolled as a First National Bank Internet Banking user. If you currently use our Internet Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials. After you successfully login to the app, your accounts and transactions will begin updating.

I like the app when it works....it keeps removing my account everytime I add it back and login.....the app is working tons better since bugs were fixed! Thanks

I have problems with this app giving accurate balance. And just like now , I can't log in to check my balance
It's great and perfect for people that do not have a ton of extra time. But, I would love to be able to make a note on mobile deposits.

It's easy to navigate and functions really well. Depositing through the app is a breeze. I like and use it a lot.
App is complicated to use. Yall should make it more like citizens bank. I mean our deposites arent even always color coated. Please redo this app!!!! Its even hard to tell where transactions came from because of the lay out.
I love this app it keeps me up to date with my account balance and is easy to use. It makes transfers and paying bills easier. My only complaint is ...if you have multiple accounts it doesn't keep your transactions separated by account it just throws them all together. If you could find a way to keep them seperate that 3 star will turn to 5.
If I force close and reopen the app I can view my account balance after signing in again. Everything else is unresponsive. I have been using this app since it came out and it does seem to get broken every other update then fixed with the next. Using a Google Pixel 5 from 2019 running Android 12. (Emailed the developer, waiting for response)
Easy and convenient
Everything is Exlent ESPELLY IN HEBER SPRINGS, COULDN'T HAVE THOUGHT OF A First Timer to Bank WITH.
I love everything about the app except this: when I transfer via the app, I cannot add a note to the transfer as when on my desktop. Fix that and this will be a 5 star.
App works great. Love being able to login anytime to see what has cleared and what I need to pay. Bill pay has been a pocket saver. No worrying about late fees.
I love the FirstMobile App. I can always access it with my fingerprint whereas sometimes i can't remember my password to get in to my accounts online rhrough NetTeller. I can do everything that i need to do through the app.
I hate this bank app every update I end up locked out of my account due to forced password changes and more. It is a pain on fingerprint sign in as well. I absoulutly loathe that I have to use it.
Awesome app!!! I work a lot of hours so its very helpful and convenient for me. I can do so much at the touch of my fingertips without having to take time to go to the bank. I love this app!!!
Well after having problems with all other banks I finally landed First National Bank..so first off the people who work here are amazing folks inside the bank itself ..the mobile deposit is super easy and reliable and the customer service is exceptional very happy to be apart of this banking system
I've never experienced any problems with the only app, now inside the bank is a different story. I only do on-line banking, so does my teenagers.
update will not install. deleted and re-downloaded the same. I am no longer able to access my account on the app. please correct the update problem
Mobile banking made easy and user friendly, very convient, do not have to get out and drive to town to do my banking.

Horribly inaccurate. Never really know what my balance is. Cause alot of problems. Takes way to long to post payments. Wal Mart app was better than this app. 👎

App works great. Goes hard on notifications, but I appreciate it since I want to know all of movements. I can enable or disable cards. My only issue: for some reason my balance has never updated since late January. I know it's higher; the bank knows, and so does any ATM. But it never changes on the app!! no matter how much I reinstall. And customer service couldn't ever help me. I'd rate it lower but honestly, this is the least of my concerns Overall a solid and easy to use app
