Terrible trying to log in. Way too many steps
Can't get in to my account!!!
I just updated and now the app won't even open.
Need to make a deposit? Take your phone outside where there is plenty of light and drive to the nearest branch to do it with a teller. This app needs studio quality lighting and a perfect image and a perfect check to work at all.
I use this app to make mobile deposits. It used to be finicky, but pretty great. Now the camera is completely backwards. Literally, it flips my check image, so that moving the camera up causes the image to move down, and moving the camera right causes the image to move left. It's insanely difficult to get my checks to fit in frame as a result. I've been dealing with this idiocy for at least a month now, and I tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no effect. I'm on a Nexus 5X - is there anything I can do?
Overall, I'm really happy with this app. I've had it installed on every phone since it came out. Recently, it stopped allowing me to transfer funds between accounts. This is my only issue with the app.
This used to work. Now the camera function adds light and doesn't focus. Please fix!
I previously used this app successfully, but starting last week, I started getting a message that my account was unavailable at this time. Web access still works.
When this app takes control of your camera you cannot control the focus and it takes terrible pictures to use for deposits. You have to take a pic 5 times before it says it's an acceptable picture. Fix the focus of the camera!
The one thing I dislike about this app is the camera functionality for check deposits. It is very difficult to get good focus on the check considering the app does not allow the user to select the focal point.
If you have a Galaxy S5, good luck. The camera refuses to focus in on the check. You're better off driving to the bank and doing business like 1995, than using this app.

installed fine on my dinosaur old phone and navigates well.
The app works great for me.
Constantly says update needed but there's no update in play store. Cannot login. Remove and reinstall does nothing to fix. Absolutely trash banking app. Cannot use mobile deposit during Covid-19 outbreak. May change banks when this is over.
