My experience with pennian and there app have both been spectacular. They themselves have friendly and helpful staff and the app works almost flawlessly. It has a few hiccups every once in a while but that's to be expected with any app.
Overall very good - the exception is how to enter date of birth when enrolling. Not able to type in the date. Had to scroll through the years to get to 1935!!!!! Certainly that can be changed!
This app has very few features. I'd like to be able to manage my account, as in, change my username, email address, phone number, etc. But this app doesn't allow that. I'm very unimpressed.
Worst banking app ever. I'm literally about to close my account with them just because of the app. It has potential to be great the problem is that it only works about 50% of the time. It will say unavailable or not load. Once you get logged in its pretty decent just gotta hope you can make it that far.
The old version was better! This version seems like some payments take FOREVER to clear! With the old app version- they cleared right away! please fix this!
Easy to use. Installed new update now app won't start. Thanks guys. Well guess what. It works now because I had to buy a new phone with android 9 pie.
Nice app for my needs. Mobile deposit is tricky and glitches on occasion if writing is not clear, but otherwise suits my needs nicely.
Got a new phone and the app doesn't work on it,but it worked fine on my old phone.and then they told me after I called them it does that with some newer phones.come on really
When it works it's OK, but I have to uninstall and reinstall every time I want use.. It freezes on the open screen
The app keeps making my phone use excessive battery usage. I have to keep deleting the app and reinstalling
Strait forward banking app. No clutter or advertisements and displays all of my accounts clearly and concisely.
This app makes banking so much easier for me. Especially since I live out of state now. Highly recommend!

App used to work now don't open or allow password even when all information is right. Update app !!

It's a good app but it doesn't always show you the nick- names of the accounts.

The new update won't allow me to login on the mobile app because it thinks my phone is jail broken, though it isn't. I had to break out one of my ancient phones to make the app work again. And the new update also won't allow for fingerprint login, as it gets hung up on the load screen after entering password. Just closed both branches closest to us and then they try to ruin the app. Not happy.
