First I use to have issues with having to verify with a pin that was texted to me every other login, now I keep getting a noticed every 3 logins that the biometrics fail and it is highly annoying. I don't know how much longer I can withstand using this app!

I constantly have to uninstall and reinstall this app to just check my daily banking. Once a month would be aggravating, but I'm doing it at least once a week. Might as well drive to an ATM. Completely inconvenient, which is what the app is supposed to accomplish.

Very easy to use, kinda dislike that I have to receive a text and pin everytime I log in. I understand it's for security purposes but man does it get annoying time to time. Great app though, highly recommend!

This app is the most useless banking app that I have ever had. All that you can do is view your transactions. What if you need to transfer funds from savings to your checking account, you cant!!! I miss Randolph Brooks Federal Credit Union. You could do anything like that with the touch of a button. I cant even acces my funds from one account to the other at the atm or debit my savings account for that matter. Worst banking system I have ever dealt with in my 47 years of life

Since I installed the new app it constantly says unable to connect to server. I can't even log on to check it out and see if I like it. Very unhappy! They changed the online banking the mobile app our debit cards and the automated phone system all at the same time... not a smart move none of it seems to be working properly.

I liked the old app alot better. It was easier to use and navagate around. If it isn't broke, don't fix it.

No problems...I set up online & then with the mobile app...easy!!!!
