I will change to 5 stars once problem is fixed. I have been locked out of my account because it keeps telling me that axcess to my account has been blocked or what ever. I have called the bank on different occasions to see what the problem is and there is never a problem. I like to check my balance often. This is becoming more of a hassle then balancing a checkbook.
