Simple but works for almost all my banking needs. Glad fingerprint support was added. Update: Does not work after upgrading to S22! I have a 100 apps and this is the only one that doesn't work after the upgrade. Reached out to the developers but haven't heard back. Update: App was updated on 3/16/22 and now works on my S22. Thank you to the developer. Also, FNBA kept me updated via email. They were very responsive to the issue. Good job!
After downloading last update the app just freezes with a white screen when trying to open. What happened? I've tried everything, uninstalled, restarted my phone, forced stop, etc etc.
Love this app and it works great! Since the last update though, hasn't been working great. Keeps telling me that it can't validate my information. Hmm.
Very easy to use, with great functionality. Was very easy to deposit checks electronically.
The fingerprint is very unreliable and quickly locks your account. Needs double scan verification on the print to increase user login sucess
Went blank all of a sudden, lady from bank told me to buy new phone I did and still doesn't work. Uninstalled 3 times and nothing. Works fine on other phone
Honestly this app wouldn't be terrible if they could get someone to fix it. Half of the time I try to load this app on my phone it just sits with a white screen open and does nothing. I can uninstall to reinstall it, restart my phone and the app will still not load! It is very frustrating having your paychecks coming in and you can't even check to see if everything is dropping properly in my account. It's more of an a nuisance to have this app if I have to call to hear my balance.
Can't access anything. All I see beyond the home screen is an error screen. Worthless app
This app is about as consistent as daylight in Barrow during the winter. Honestly. When it works, its cool. But it wouldn't accept my fingerprints despite updating them many times, and 80% of the time, I can't even mobile deposit my check because the app won't even load. But thanks for shutting in-lobby service, and when I use the drive through, they tell me to use this handy-dandy app that doesn't work.
It really helps to be able to deposit checks through the app I'm impressed I would definitely suggest it using the app.
My sister and I opened her a bank account and I chose not to be put on it but I have to do all her banking and such and the bank knows this everytime I call they make my sick sister get on the phone answer all these questions they won't speak to me and get her problem solved so she's had issues with her online banking for 3 months. So over this bank we are fixing to change banks. I even have talked to the bank manager over this and he cannot fix his own problems within his system so yea done.
Updated app and now it wont open just a white screen
Used the app all the time until. Installed it on my new Samsung 22+. Now the app won't open, just a white screen with the FNBA logo in the middle. Tried reinstalling 3 times and it still doesn't work. 🤬
Just updated this app on my Samsung s20. Now I get message 'this app has violated security policies and will be shut down ' it worked fine before. Have disabled security apps but it still won't open. Reinstalled app but get same message.
Constant buggy issues with app.
I keep trying to use the app but a notification pops up and says something about not allowing people to use "android debug bridge" while the app is open and to turn off whatever debug bs in my device settings I don't have that on my phone I even uninstalled the app and restarted my phone idk what wrong and It won't even leave the app open long enough to read the notification before auto closing it I reopened the app like 50 times to just read whatever it was trying to say
App was great until the most recent update they did. Had to uninstall and reinstall the app twice in the last two weeks just so I could open it, otherwise it would tell me I needed to call the branch. But when it works it's fine, it's just getting it to work.
Great when it works, but only works MAYBE 15- 20 percent of the time. When there isn't a system error, there's yet another seemingly pointless download to accept before the app can continue to be uncooperative on its own again. I do like that it remembers my username, though. Nice touch :)
App will open and freeze continuously so I cant log in or use it. Open and close it several times and still wont work. Have uninstalled and reinstalled several times and continues to do it right after install.
Upon checking my fingerprint, it closes the window and exits out of the app. It briefly shows a message and it closes out, when trying to log back in. I then uninstalled and reinstalled the app to see if it would help, still the same issue.
Wasted a hour trying to figure out zelle. It does not work like the tutorial shows in fact there is no option at all. Very frustrating don't waste your time down loading the app if you think it works with zelle because it does not.
functional, but lags behind other bank apps. cant pay my fnba credit card bill with this, still have to sign in on their website. mobile deposits have a relatively low limit thats easy to hit. this does still save me some trips to the bank at least.
Constant problems since june 2021, have to uninstall and reinstall each time I use this Update 1: after they fixed the main issue preventing newer android from working 100%, I raised it back to 5stars. Back to 2 stars as this thing will require an update to work at all now and wont tell you when updates are needed.
Can't view actual images of checks deposited. App says successful and then sometimes get email later that I don't expect saying it was not successful and sometimes I've thrown check away... not very dependable. Can only see past 30 days in deposit history.
Fast and easy great app
App worked great then...Ever since I updated my phone, this app has not worked. It's very disappointing. I have uninstalled and turned off my phone then reinstalled. Still not working at all. Not sure if it's the app or phone. Edit: called customer service about and they were helpful and considerate. I used the laptop for a while then recently downloaded the app again. It works! Thanks.
