the app worked fine for a long time until August 26th when I was directed to update the version installed. Now I cannot log in and continuously get error messages that tell me that FNBC is experiencing difficulty in opening the app. I contacted the bank on Friday August 27th. The person that assisted me was very patient but we still were not able to resolve the problem. I do not have a solution except to delete the app from my phone.
The app is ok, a lot of the time it won't open. And since the newest update, it won't open unless I uninstall n reinstall, keeps saying to turn off debug even it is turned off. Plz fix this issue. As of November 5, 2021, still having the same issues. Can't login. Will probably switch to a different bank.
I have 3 kids in college and the FNBC app allows me to transfer $$ to their accts immediately, when needed. I only wish I could see an ongoing balance, not just the present balance. I balance my checkbook from my acct and I need to use the computer to actually accomplish that, since the app doesn't show the ongoing balance. BUT, I really like the FNBC app.
Cannot open after update just a white screen..
App crashes, Poor assistance from FNBC . Crashed so fast can't read the message. With update they require you to turn off USB Debugging. I had to restart the app about 50 time to get the message. Seems to work now. However I will have to reset all settings in the app. Hope this help!!!!
This used to be a very good app but now since the last update it will not open. It brings up a white screen and then crashes. It's difficult to get to the bank before they close most days because of the hours I work. I just wish this app would work like it did before the last update.
Used to be my favorite banking app I could move money around pay my payments and check my balance in just a few seconds now I can't even open the app it just gives me the same opening screen and then closes out it's been doing this for over a week now I thought it was a temporary bug that would be fixed but it's looking like it's a more permanent thing
The app is usually reliable and easy to use but a few months ago it stopped letting me use mobile deposit. Even when trying to deposit a $10 check, the app will let me take the pictures and enter the info but when I push submit, it says I have entered more than the daily limit will allow. Please fix this problem. Driving to the bank is really hard to do some weeks.
Never have had any issues besides when the typical system is down but never for long. If I ever have an issue they are always there to help and get ot fixed! Been with them for over 5 years now and do not plan to be switching!
White screen, then it crashes. I've Uninstalled it and reinstalled it but it's still not working! It's been doing this for a while now, still. Not been fixed.
One of the worst mobile banking apps I have ever used! The app continually has issues opening and a terrible turn around time for getting fixed. It lacks features that several other banking organizations have in their apps.
app keeps telling me that they cannot validate my information. did everything to try to correct this...even called the bank. I know it's not my phone because my other bank app works fine. After talking to a person that the app told me to call it still doesnt work. Looks like I will be changing banks if you cannot get this fixed.
I love how they notify you by text with all transactions made.
I got a new phone and installed the app on it, but it won't open . Thought it was my phone but now see with the other reviews that it's the app . The app on my other phone worked great. I hope the get this fixed soon!
Awful can hardly ever access accounts. I was forced to switch banks due to mine selling. I'm about to pull everything from both accounts and be done with this bank I cannot access!
It's really straightforward and easy to use. i love that I can make transfers and deposits from my phone, and it automatically updates the balances in my accounts. I love it.
This app was working fine until last week and now I can't get into it at all. I've tried to reinstall it multiple times but it just won't work. Very frustrating, it was great to have while it worked.
Updated app and now it won't open. I need it to work otherwise I have to either call bank or drive 100 miles to the bank just to check my balance. It's not the banks fault its whoever handles there app. It worked fine before the update 😡
Keeps saying it's violated the security policies and forces it to shut down
So, this app used to p1ss me off. it was slow and timed out a lot. But! They have improved the app with updates over time. now, it is easy to use and I hardly have any trouble with it.
3/13/22. Put on new phone now it has a white screen and doesn't open. That's great!
I recently just adjusted my rating down to a1 from a5 bed cause the app is crashed! I've uninstalled/ reinstalled etc. And you cannot access anything! It's frozen.
LOVE FNBC's REAL TIME App every transaction I make automatically shows up on my app. It makes it SOOO MUCH easier to balance my checkbook, no need to save receipts!
The app won't open. Before my phone updated to version 11, the app worked fine. I can view my accounts through the browser, but not the app. Can you please fix this?
After about 6 months of not being able to use this app, they finally fixed it. SMH. Please don't ignore us like that again. You are making good money off of us, you could at least break loose of some of that stash to keep good talent on staff. For now, I'll up this from 1 star to 4.
Works really great for me, lets me have my banking at the end of my finger tips at all times. I never have to wonder what my balance is, especially since it is all electronic and it keeps up very quickly with deposits and transactions. I can check at any given point to see if a check has cleared or if my deposit is available for use!
