This app is a bit clunky, but generally gets the job done. I am the treasurer for an organization that uses FNBC and it's definitely nice to have this as an option, rather than having to go to the bank all the time. It would be helpful to allow biometric sign in, or at least not kick me out if I have to switch apps while using this one.
Easy to use and navigate, love the edeposit option, staff easily helps navigate if theres any problems. Would be awesome if they had a tap option to put in the ewallets!
I'm so happy to be a member of this bank. I'm super impressed that reflects our people in such an awesome way. Also the staff at my branch (Winnipeg) are always welcoming & so very helpful. Not to forget that the employees are still there with a few headed upstairs for promotions. I've been a happy customer since Feb, 2011.
App no longer works since latest update. It redirects to the web page for FNBC.... So what's the point of the app???
Most dumb app ever I would can't do nothing on this app like change your address. It's just boring not only that can't deposit cheques. I am moving banks soon
Why does it have fee to send emt? Other banks doesn't seem to have fee to send emt when you sent lots of EMT's your transaction goes up high and goes to minus beginning of the month $1.50 is a bit too much.
I had trouble signing in but after removing the app and reinstalling on my android it works great!
App works correctly. Banking with FNBC for over 3+ years, reliable banking. Depositing online takes longer than five business days.
Glitches out when doing e-transfers, app needs a new update to fix bugs.
I can pay my bills through online banking, and gets what i need done. I cant complain.
I'm not sure what this application is but I downloaded it at one point I think it's like tangerine or helps tangerine sort things out or something like that I don't know if I can say that and help out tangerine though because nobody seems to like ING nowadays
This is this worse online banking ever. Won't let me change my phone #, Won't let me my PAC, saying wrong info. Can't deposit chqs. Doesn't have the visa logo, to order online
Why can't these banks, who rip us off and make a crapload of money, make these apps proper?? This is not the app I want. They named this the exact same as my bank and I installed the wrong one.

This app constantly glitches, you have to force it to close and sign back in to attempt to do your tasks sometimes it takes me up to 3 - 4 attemps to get what I need done. It is very slow! It seems to be more of hassle then a convience! May as well just take the time to do you banking from your computer/laptop. I recently updated the app and its worse then the last version I had!
