Its mostly fine except it won't keep my information. I can only use my fingerprint a few times then its says "authentication required" sometimes it makes me reenroll. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times but it always happens. The app works very well but signing in is frustrating.
No problems except when they push updates and every time I have to uninstall the app and reinstall and set it back up. So annoying!
Great service to able to manage account in and out of country. Preferred my First National Account debit card on a recent trip to Europe. Was accepted all over, better than CC.
App works well except for the fact that the fingerprint sign in never works without requiring full credentials anyway......why bother?
Every 2-3 days the settings completely reset an ive got to redo all my login info. I set it up to be opened with a pin number but for some reason about the 3rd day its been set up it'll kick me out an I can't access my banking info without going through a whole 5-10 minute process resetting up my account, waiting for a confirmation code to prove its me, and then redoing all the settings yet again. It also automatically turns on the finger print scan every time this happens.
This app is a pain, and this bank is terrible don't waste your time with them.
Good so far, but this is my third time having to delete and add app to my phone. I hope this time works.

I have learned the many functions of this app and with practice I have learned to enjoy keeping up with my money matters.
Easy to use, change from savings to checking or vice versa with one button. Very useful with multiple accounts including bill pay options. Dan.
2/8/22 review stands: Too hard to recover password. 8/8 update: reducing to 1 star. Added my tablet password won't work. Sorted the change password part. It's convoluted and frustrating. Now new password works on tablet but not phone. SMH What a mess. Wish I could go lower than one star. Now it won't work at all on either. Maybe there is a secret squirrel way that I'll find out on MONDAY because you can't do anything until the work week. What a joke!!
The app doesn't offer a chance to look at the password before touching done. It would be nice to be able to see my balance without having to log in.

It's one of the few apps that work properly and easily.
This is my second try at an app that makes direct deposits of checks into my bank account just by taking pictures and entering a small amount of information. It works great, better than the first bank I tried. Try it you will like it.
Had 5 stars but switched back to 3 stars due to the fact that every few days I get signed out and have to go through the whole signing up procedure again. VERY Annoying. I just want to check my accounts. Please fix this app!!!!!
Wonderful App!!! Not complicated at all. I have had bad experiences with another app through a different bank but this one is by far about the best one!
Very good so far. Would like to have a "save password" or "keep me signed in" option, but otherwise very helpful and easy to use.
App is saying it's incompatible with the server and to update it, but the app is up to date. Can't access my banking because of this bug.
The Bank is always very professional and friendly. The app is just a very convenient extension of the banks courteous service.
Very secure, but is it a bit on the ridiculous level? I guess I should be grateful for the security features. I don't know... Maybe there's a balance to some of the security features on this app. I'll say thank you and continue to appreciate the effort.
A little confuing at first. Why doesn't "Deposit" show up somewhere on opening page. How was I to know I had to press +. Trial and error.
the bill pay service could be more extensive. I have a log into FNBOTN's mobile website to do all that I need. I only use this app to check my balance.
I really don't have any complaints. Everything always works as it should as the passcode login is quick and easy. I like it!
App had completely crashed and won't let me check anything! I've been having issues with this app for weeks and I'm over it!
I have to go through extra security to just chk my accounts. It's getting very frustrating to use this app!
Great love the app makes banking easy
Aggrivated because the fingerprint option NEVER works. All I get is authentication required. Why have it if it isnt an option. Along with that, its a constant Passwird change. Time to catch up with the Big Boys or don't bother to have an app.
