I've used this app for over a year with zero problems. Now just recently I cannot do anything on it. It crashes several times before finally opening and once it opens all I can do is view my balances. I can't make a mobile deposit because it loses the image as soon as I take it, I can't make transfers because as soon as I select one thing, all of the others go back to blank. Also once I get into something I am locked in and can't go back without force closing the app and restarting it (eventually) PLZ FIX IT!!!

Very basic banking app. Does not show enough account information. One example, not showing the account balace after each transaction on the transaction list, while only showing the current availabe balance at the top. Being able to transfer money between accounts is nice. I am looking forward to the new app that is supposed to be so much better, according to a teller at the bank.

App is completely unusable since the new digital roll out. It's locked behind a pop up telling you to text "password" to a number in order to proceed. I've done that, and have followed all the instructions, but the pop up remains every time I open the app. You guys picked a terrible time to break your app, with everyone having to watch their finances so closely.

The bank just upgraded the ap, on Sunday, after fall's clocks change back an hour, and I guess the app is tired. IT guys, I have a Samsung Note8, no games or bloatware apps - but you've disabled the "back" function. When i am in an account, I can't back out. I Can Not Back Out. I can not go to the previous screen. I can't exit the app. I have to 'crash-close' the app. Please fix it!!

I dont have a problem with the app itself but i do find it extremly annoying and inconvenient that if I forget my password I don't have the option of changing it in the app I have to go all the way to the store to change it and sometimes that is very hard due to distance and time. It crashes constantly. Please do update that cause going all the way to the store just for that is so unnecessary.

Crashes and freezes Everytime I open the app, I can log in and sometimes see the total in my account. Once I click on the account it freezes on a white screen and I have to force stop the app. It's way easier to just got to my internet app and log into the website from there. Plus the last time this app was updated was in November of 2018..it is now 2020, this is ridiculous.

the app is trash, it runs great when it wants to but then at other times wants to shut down and do nothing but tell you your info is incorrect. This issue needs to be resolved and looked into, it happens too often and gives people security scares and fear that their accounts have been hacked.

Texted Password multiple times, and have not received a password. Can't go through website as site constantly crashes ( probably from other users trying to get their password as well). Did anyone even ask for this update? *Update: finally got my login info. While I don't normally use the features listed, it does look and feel more secure. App runs smoothly, just a terrible execution for starting today.

The new update destroyed the app! It gave me a pup-up notification to text the word "PASSWORD" to 62161. I texted it multiple times over an extended period of time, from the number associated with my account. However, nothing happened. I didn't receive anything back! No instructions, nothing! So now, I can't access my bank account! I even tried online and I got error 502.Wth is going on?! I guess I just need to go in person, waste time and close the damn account, since I can't access my account

For the most part app works good. Crashes from time to time. Frequent errors and you can't get in the app. Like the new features. Mobile checking GREAT! Need to implement notifications for any activity in your account. At this time only if you use your debt cards. Hoping this will be added in the future.

One of the worst mobile banking apps. This app crashes often, even if your clear cache and data. Many times when your are actually able to enter your password and try to sign in, it tells different reasons why it can't connect. This app has been more frustrating than it has been a helpful.

-Terrible. -Always down, so you have to close the app then reopen to fix it (sometimes it works) -When I put in the right information, it tells me that it's wrong then locks me out so I have to call customer service. -I can't even understand the customer service people because their accents are so THICK. - Recommend me a good bank in Florida, thanks

This app is always having problems. Every sunday its down, and it constantly kicks me out and freezes. My balance is usually different on the app than it is at the atm or when i call. It shows that something has been take out when it hasnt. it doesnt say pending or anything....so when it is finally actually taken out i am sometimes put in the negative. This app is terrible.

Horrible! if I knew signing up with this bank had such a horrible app interface. I would've never joined. App is super slow and always shuts down. The money I have in my accounts tells me the wrong info and I end up having a negative balance not knowing and I always have to make transfers to prevent negative balance and then it shuts down and I always have to sign back in. SMH horrible app F-

This app crashes constantly! It's required me to reset my password so many times and now it's making me wait on hold for over an hour to talk to someone because I've had too many log in attempts. OVER IT! This is a frequent thing. I've never had issues with my other banking apps.

I keep having issues with this app where it tells me to contact customer service after entering my password. I constantly need to go to the bank in person to resolve the issue and it continues to happen over and over. I am confident that I am putting in the right password and user name. I'm not sure why this keeps happening. When the app works, it's great. This issue is getting disappointing.

This is a basic. "Check what could be your balance" I was overdraft for $1 and the next day I had my last direct deposit (due to the storm I lost my car n job)... well I was overdraft $68 even tho the app only showed $1. Apparently one of my auto payment was done the day before, and the app didnt show it until the next day when charged the $68 . Called CC and all they said was. "The charge is right". I'm closing my account. BOA Paid back fees in Houston and they are not local. I'm so sad.

limited app. I have two accounts and any mobile deposit will only go to one account. then I have to transfer the money to the one I really want the deposit to go to. Completely annoying. Sometimes the app won't recognize my login info and then I have to change my info just to get in. I've also had to uninstall and reinstall a few times. The bank isn't any better either. If given the choice I'd bank somewhere else but in the meantime I'm with this bank.

I've had fnbt for a while and they were fast when my purse got stolen to help with a new account. They made it simple and easy to make sure I can check my account without fail. I love how they interact with people they take the time to have meaningful and good timed conversation with each individual. I would highly recommend them, especially if you are just starting up or if you need another bank.

Not Recommended unless you just want to check your balance, or if your card is stolen. You can't do transfers between accounts using the app, you have to go to the browser version to do that...and from there you can do everything else, so there's no need for the app really.

Error service busy or not in service or something like that. Been like this for 9 days. Website doesn't work either. I always wish to move to Chase... Guess this way my sign. I would not recommend this experience to anyone. You can't even login. I am not sure if I'm locked out or hacked or if the system is really down. I would understand one day. But two days so far and no fix and support just says the same thing. They don't know when it will be back up just try to login late. Not good.

When the app works it works well constantly have to contact Bank to reactivate the app about once every 3 months. I use the app all the time to check balances so it's not like I don't log in but for some reason now I have to call the bank give them the error code and find out why I can't log in yet again.

I have been continuously been having issues with this app. The issue never gets fixed. It takes too long to open the app or it will keep shutting down and I have to keep uninstalling it and reinstall it and still the same thing.
