One of the worst experiences using a mobile banking app I've ever had the displeasure of using. The app has low functionality and you either have to go in person to get almost anything done that you should be able to do over the app, like every other mobile banking app. Currently, it keeps glitching for the past few days and I can't even see my balance on this ridiculous app as it says I need to update it. I've even uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times and it still isn't working.
