Will not let me into the app if I make a big purchase I have to restart my phone or uninstall the app and reinstalled it and sometimes still won't let me into the app on the most part won't let me get into the app at all and just will forever stay on the loading screen I even waited and hour for the app to get off the loading part for an hour and it never did
Its ok. It does want i want it to for the most part but not only does it randomly not let me log in and tell me there's some error, it also locks me out and I have to call the bank to reset my password.
I moved 1000 miles away and the app has allowed me to keep my small town bank. Has really made my life easier. And I really miss the staff, they were always so friendly and helpful.
I keep getting an error message when I try to open it. I've uninstalled the app several times and at different times. I'd like the app more if I could get back into it.
I was actually able to deposit my check through the application, which is Great! Been trying to get that mastered for months!
All the staff and first national are great at explaining exactly how to use the mobile app. The app is very similar to other banks and does what I need it to.
Used to work great. Now the app wont even open. I've tried to uninstall and re-download the app and it still won't open
Everything good except doesn't show my social security posting date. It will show once it's there for use though. Just a small thing.
Transferring was super easy
I used to love this app but recently it won't even open. Stopped sending me any notifications or anything. 👎
Recent update has caused my app to say can not connect before it allows me to sign in. And now last 2 days hasn't even let me sign in.
This is a wonderful app to have. It's easy, convenient and always available to add funds.

I like it because I am able to check my balances. Is it possible to down load transactions from app to Quicken?
It will not update and won't let me open app until it's updated

Update I'll give the 5 stars back now that on 3/20/22 I was able to update the app & it works the update came 3/15/32 but I didn't know it & couldn't find the letter they sent out explaining what to do also didn't look for the email but all I had to do was put in my username & password which BTW I'm glad I remembered & answer a security question then bingo I'm in yay!!! I like jus the one tap then use my fingerprint for login it jus quicker
