I've had issues with the mobile deposit which isn't too big a deal to me but I'm not able to transfer money to other people's accounts still. The last app had the accounts connected so I could do it that way but it won't take the info when I put it in manually but they can pull money out of my account. Only plus is the bank is looking into the issue and trying to fix it for me.

Can't get the app to download. I've tried several times. Shut down and restarted my phone several times as well. I continue to have trouble accessing the online login as well. Was told that several Samsung users are having issues with the app.

If I could give 0 stars I would. After the last update I've never been able to log into the app. Keeps saying incorrect log in or password, but I can log in online with it. Even changed my log in and password, still nothing.

It was working fine until the last update. Now I cannot get access to my account after several attempts of changing password and reinstalling the app.

Trying to go through past transactions and app repeatedly shuts down and brings me to my home screen.

Works fine, beats having to put in an answer to your secret question all the time.

You can never get into it. It always crashes! Hate it!!!!!!

Keeps telling me my answers are wrong. This is garbage and unacceptable in a pandemic. Please do better.
