FNCU Mobile

It isn't so much the app as it is the whole new online system. We used to be able to view actual checks, can't anymore. Used to be able to search a lot easier for old transactions. The old site would tell you when your next loan payment was due when you looked at it and now it doesn't. I just feel this version is a lot less informative.

its a bit slow in loading and many of the times when i am trying to transfer money to another members account the app tends to crash. often...its really annoying...

The Bill Pay feature is not friendly. You can pay a bill IF you know how much you owe or you select an amount. Unlike the online version, there are no options to see the total owed to the payee to ensure full payment.

Terrible app, lacks most functions of standard banking apps. Poor interface design--e.g., confusing mobile deposit window, logout hidden under settings. No effort made to fix flaws despite numerous detailed complaints. Not updated since 2018.

I'm a low-needs customer. I can check my account, look up transactions, deposit checks and message client services. I can use Touch ID/fingerprint to log into the app too.

Sometimes my sessions time out before I can get my checking account details. The mobile app for deposits is not instant funds availability like other banks, each deposit is reviewed. Other banks have the technology to make the funds available immediately. I'm very disappointed in this bank's app.

Great upgrade from the previous version. Bills and payments right in the phone app. Very helpful.

This app has completely improved FNCU's online banking. As a member, it is easy to use and has all the features I need. Thank you so much for implementing this!

It's a great app works very well I love that I can transfer money from my checking to my savings and from my savings to my checking I truly love this app makes banking easier keep up the great work I will continue to be an associate of this Credit Union

It's like two days old, so I see a couple bugs. Website says they will be fixed ASAP. WAY better than old online system

Bill pay works very occasionally for me. Very frustrating. I end up going to non mobile site.. ugh.

I have already had to uninstall multiple times do to bugs . When working correctly it's a great tool .

It works but it's very laggy. Sometimes one has to wait minutes to see their information.

Very easy to use and understand. Makes life easier. I have never had a problem with this app. Still love this convenient app.

The budgeting tools are helpful. Easy to navigate through the app.

Does good Search feature needs improvement. Should be able to search a name

1 star is too much . Its impossible to deposite check , always say error.

Easy to navigate around and transfer money from one spot to the next..

i don't love the app, it's clunky and slow to me, but it gets the job done so.....
