FOCUS Bank Mobile Banking

The app glitches and does not let me into my account with the correct Confidentials. It keeps saying try login later or the system was unable to log you in Dam what the hell fix your app soon.

While periodically unavailable (at the most innopportune times lol) it usually gives adequate service and is easy to use.

Won't even load anymore just a white screen app.

WORST MOBILE BANKING APP IVE EVER USED!! App always says error to contact the bank won't even load the login screen over half the time just a blank screen with that error message. Contacting the actual bank kind of defeats the purpose of this app seriously!! And they make getting in actual contact with something other than a pre recorded response that usually gets nothing solved before it disconnects the call almost impossible.

Focus Bank app is good. It works well but the only thing is it goes down often and you cant check your account in any way shape or form. I wish when it goes down, you could still view your balances.

When they say new updates constantly, they mean it. Some updates will work, and some will lock you out. Half the time you can use this app, and half the time you gotta go online to Focus. Honestly, just as easy if not easier to just use the online service instead of app. Also, money can sit in pending so long that you will get a refund for the pending item sometimes before they even charge you for that item..meaning they kept your refund. This bank will try to get your money one way or another.

Edit. Had to clear the app cache and data files. It works fine now. worked fine on my note9 until about two weeks ago and now it crashes during launch before the login screen everytime. its a fine app when it work though. I will revise my review when Focus fixes it.

Worse banking app since updates. Cannot open now. Have called customer service and they say it is due to Android phones not working properly with the app. Was told to go online to open my account and I can't get it open either. I will be closing my bank account with Focus Bank very soon. Extremely disappointed ☹️

after not getting passed the splash screen to log in after a week or two, called the bank and told me my Android phone is old... I've only had my phone a year and they do this.... I refuse to get an iPhone!!!

Only works half the time for my Samsung. App won't let me get into it even to login screen always crashes.

Really great 👍 Thanks for such a good app, and my bank is so helpful all the time. Would recommend it to anyone because they treat you like family. Won't bank anywhere else they are that great! Also been using it for over 10 years now

Everything is pretty simple. Ease of money movement (mostly), balance checks, etc. Only problem is I have to call to move money from my HELOC to personal accounts.

Very easy app to use and is often updated. It also has many features that you would find on a Banks website or credit card app

After a recent update the app won't open and trying to send feedback it crashes within seconds unable to report it

Rarely ever even loads the app I just get a message saying an error has occurred please call for assistance. But I doesn't even provide a number to call.

I love the ease of use on the online banking. The tellers and staff are always friendly and helpful.

Have to update passcode all the time and the app stops working for days at a time randomly.

I cannot open my Focus Banking App. I haven't had a problem until today. I will call the bank tomorrow and ask then to fix the problem. If they don't I will have to change banks.

Works great and is always up to date! Although sometimes the app freezes!

Suddenly stop working and i was using daily screen and ive tried uninstall and force close and still nothing

Needs ZERO stars i have some many problems and have to constantly update or have some connection issue

Improved mobile check deposit in the latest version, but could still be better.

I am able to perform many tasks at the touch of button easy to use and convenient

Very easy to use and customer service representatives are knowledgeable and extremely helpful.

Makes you change your password constantly and doesn't remember any of your information even when you press "remember me"

I have uninstalled and restarted it does the same thing it just blinks and goes off.

Fantastic service very efficient and easy to use.

Does exactly what is needed with added features and great security
