Apply the pomodoro methodology with this app. Love that I can group the tasks in projects and split the tasks in subtask to have 3 levels for tasks. Scheduling is great. You can set the estimated number of pomodoro to a task + priorities level and notes. (tasks reminders and repeat frequency are premium) You also can start/ pause/ stop pomodoro. A plus could be to be able to attach media to task or subtask. But it doesn't need that extra feature to be fully complete, which it is.
Very nicely designed, useful features. Would be nice to have a bit more control over the stats features, even to access actual numbers. Frequently buggy. Timer sometimes stops counting down, thought the animation continues (this does not change if you press pause/continue). The little forest app periodically stops working - your earned little "sun points" don't appear on screen and the readout is blank.
Great app, and I love it allows me to make a do to list. I've been using it for years and just got premium. I just wish it wouldn't force the timer to be in my notifications unless I actively have a timer going so I can use the Todo feature more effectively or some other solution. Mainly so I can add/remove things for later without having to remember to close it or it'll drain my battery. Edit: I also wish that when I add tasks, they'd be added to the bottom of the list, instead of the top.
I really love this app. It is very versatile and innovative in its features. I have come across many apps on productivity and none has made any noticeable impact. But this one has really impressed me. I think they can bring in features that will also pull you to work towards the goal... forest is not really a motivation for me atleast 😬
Great app! Feature packed, and although it's way more customizable than anything else like it; it's extremely straightforward to use. Takes almost no effort to start really implementing the pomodoro Technique. Offers contextual views like someday, tomorrow, today, and even a dedicated events view. There's a Chrome extension too, that makes this super powerful when you're work involves browsing the Web. Powerful reporting, that accepts manual edits to, and user created records. A++!!!
Amazing app and I felt it was worth paying for the paid version. It combines Pomodoro with tasks, allows setting a schedule, events, managing the length for pomodoros with short and long breaks depending on task, etc. I wish the app included calendar implementation, ability to drag drop to copy sections of events to other days, showing of repeated tasks to events calendar automatically, customization for break length depending on the task like the pomodoro length and overall becoming all-in-one!
See ,I'm a school student and I really love your app but there is a problem This app doesn't work on background... whenever I use this app when I have classes the timer automatically turns off... And I even allowed it to work in the background before it was working properly..no other problems...love this app I've been searching for a app like this...and finally found...this is the best app for lazy students especially...and fix the bug as soon as possible....😊
The apps works wonderfully! Things to note: 1. It does have unneccarry features that take up much unneccarry space: forest, ranking, group. No one needs to build a forest (this is a game in the app. The more time studying, the bigger the forest becomes). We don't need games to focus. It's unneccarry space. The app could be smaller if this feature did not exist. 2. The images for the timer are dull. It would be nice to have more options/select from our personal gallery.
Im a premium member because i liked the app at first sight and went for the purchase but now its causing alot of problems. 1) The reminders don't work if the app is not in the recent apps tray, meaning that you have to keep the app always in the tray for it to give you reminders. This is very inconvenient becuase anyone can easily remove the app from the tray accidentally even after locking it. 2) The support is non existent. I have emailed them alot of times and there is no response.
This is absolutely my favourite app for increasing concentration. I loved all the features which stops us from getting distracted especially shutting down the phone while the timer is on....I can efficiently study for 3 hours at one go because I am no longer distracted by social media. Loved the app!
I use timer mode instead of pomodoro. My timer gets stopped after sometime and i need to turn it on again and again. One day i switched on the timer and focussed for more than 6hours but when i checked, it showed 2hr 20mins and the timer was off. Idk why it just gets stopped all of a sudden. I just used music app in background. It didn't even indicate that the timer just stopped. Please fix this asap 😑
The timer is not syncing accross the platforms. Cant reorganize items on the task view when going into smaller views. 1) thanks for adding search option. But it only searches completed tasks not active ones? 2) the forest is really great idea but is it possible to see them also based on projects?
Nice Organizer. Wish it let you lock the order of custom lists though, keep having to reorganize my morning and night routine which gets annoying (separate lists, no specific time for flexibility)... Wish Sync wasn't a purchase and Horizontal orientation would be nice for Tablets.
Really an amazing app! I love the feature where it locks your phone once you start the timer, it prevents me from distraction. The best! I get a lot of things done.
Saved me, if i succesfully finish my finals, it's only because of this app. It's a must for anyone who has problems with procrastination and focus. Easy to use and everything importnant is included
This is such a great app and has helped me get myself together a lot more with my schoolwork and stuff and become more organised The only issue I have is that I wish that you could adjust the length of a pomodoro but you can't cause it's premium and if you could create you're due date thing like there tasks for tomorrow and today I want one for the day after but I dnt want to push it back all the way to next week if you want i mean but in general it's a great app I would highly recommend it ☺
Product is good but could have better white noises while focussing. The white noises are etchy. For example the fire noise produce a loud breaking sound in between which attracts attention and is annoying, thus making it hard to focus. Similar type of problem is with other noises also. I hope you could change it please!
Fantastic platform. The integration between web and mobile is fantastic.. I also use the windows app version. It's so much more than pomodoro. I really love this.
This app has many good features but the main feature I wanted to use it for was it's countdown timer. But it's so faulty, it wouldn't change once it's set to timer!
I love this app because I don't have to do a manual time management procedure. I love it's record keeping approach for future reference and to show me how I actually spent my time. If you are looking to be in tabs with your goals, this is a perfect app
It's a good application while using mobile but I can't access my account or create one while using chrom extension, and I couldn't install windows software cause of. Net framwork I don't know where is the issue? If you will fix these issues then it deserves 5 stars.
A very helpfull app that will help you keep you tasks under control and avoid forgeting important tasks The focus mode gives you that sense of good anxiety that pushes you to be efficient yet the white noise makes you focus even harder and forget to worry about time it just works perfectly fine
Best Todo and Pomodoro app ever, I honestly don't have enough words to describe how easier things have become thanks to this app and anyone who has problems focusing, I tell you now look no more install this, also buy it for life time and enjoy a boost to your productivity God bless the developer! he has made my life much easier. Here are some humble suggestions to make this great app even better: 1.adding volume regulator 2.sync with Google task and calendar 3-13 no space left to write 😅
Overall great app but there's a feature missing which is the ability to clear the recently opened apps without affecting the current timer. I found myself losing a day's logs ( around 480 mins) just because cleared all the recently opened apps which is something a lot of people do. It's just a habit. That is why I switched to another app.
