This is a very bad experience. I opened the app (it is not upto to 30 days either) and I cannot see any of my files. The folder is intact, I can still see the files in the folder but of course can't see it in the app. I feel like crying 😭 PS: There is no Data Recovery option in settings.
Clear recent first was not to be done in this app. When we exit from app it auto clears from recent the pics and videos that we see through this app. App also gets open direct from recent without app password and also recent shows personal memories pics & videos and they also opens direct. Why now we have to clear recent? This is app bug please clear it. Either tell us we uninstall app and use different app from playstore. Thanks. This is happening for my both phone Samsung note 8 & VIVO V20pro.
Paid to upgrade the version but ads still show. Thanks for the update, the ads have gotten fixed but not the app keeps crashing and most of the sections don't open. Please look into it and upgrade on the next update.
So far, I've been able to get in and out with no problem. My photos seem to be safe and secured. I just don't know if this account will transfer to a new phone. It didn't happen two times now, when changing phones. I hope new updates have fixed this problem.
While moving files, I get a prompt saying photos have been moved but in actual the photos are not moved. Another glitch is when you move files to one folder some files get moved to a different folder.
It didn't work. No data for recovery. I haven't installed any third party apps yet for cleaning. I have used Hide it pro for 5 years and never faced any problem. I had more than 200 photos. Thanks for spoiling them. Worst help ever.
Initially I had found this to be very good. But now I find the pictures once saved in it cannot be retrieved for direct sharing or even back to phone gallery for sharing. This needs to be looked into by this app's developers.
Works great. Just wish that word did not save it to list that shows outside of application. I have to remember to open word after using app and delete the file from recent list.
This App is worst of all on the Play Store. I request just delete this non functional app. I have locked my photos and i am clicking on the gallery icon and its not showing up my content. What the hell it is .? I just want to uninstall it please find me a way to get back the content then I'll uninstall.
I never delete any folder and not used third party application then how my all photos and important files are deleted. I want to file case on your company. Can you give back my all photos and important files.😠
Very bad... All my 400 photos and 40 videos and my important notes did not display.. I need all my photos.. I hv already tried data recovery but it doesn't work... And also I didn't use any third party folders... Plz help me to recover my pics..
Not happy I paid for it and yet I still get ads and I had a previous version before and it won't recover that like it says and when I import videos it says they did successfully but they aren't there.
I've kept my notes in the vault for years now, but for some weeks when I try opening the note section it will load for hours and nothings opens. Am very disappointed 😥
i like this app and using since long time now only issue i am facing that cant receive recovery email, and second thing how to get rid off these annoying advertise. how to buy paid version? please respond.
it was terrible it was good at first but then after awhile everytime I tried to open it I put into he password and it opens but when I try to open videos or pictures it would always close every single time I ended up having to uninstall it and lost all my stuff
Suddenly Stopped working after few months. Not able to open pics, all photos are blank. Tried restore but nothing happens. Liked it Very much before but Now have to uninstall. Its become useless.
Theres no such option to contact with support system. I am facing some issue. All my pictures are showing blank even i cant restore these pics. Lost my all data which i stored in this app.
recently purchased new phone. none of my previous items (tons of photos) from my old phone made the transition (vault app). now when I transfer photos it (vault) says transfer successful... I can't find them, where are they?????
Excellent, I tot have lost all my photos and documents because I mistakenly deleted the app on my phone, so I had to install it back and behold I was able to restored back my documents and photos.
made a review earlier but it wasn't about this app. The App "KEEPSAFE" is the app I'm talking about. I've only downloaded this app for a week and it have way too much advertising and very very slow! I stated earlier the KEEPSAFE APP is what I would highly recommend. I tried deleting my first review but I don't see an option to do so.
Worst App ever.. After app update, My photos and vedio folder gone blank.. nothing is showing in vault.. unable to restore.
I had installed this app as "Vault" ,now It has been modified to "Vault- hide photos and vedioes".Secondly, I m not able to open the app.I m trying to tap the enable option but invain! Plz guide.
After hiding my photos and videos and documents, after a short time they became accessable again among the videos that are not in the vault. This app 🤦
the pictures don't open anymore. for months now the pictures and videos won't show! the whole purpose of the app is to keep pictures safe but seems like I'm losing pictures I've had for years because they're stuck in there and won't show. I thought maybe the app needed an update but I come here and there is no new version or anything. please do something about this
