Foldio360

The app is very limited & lakes of control. I am very disappointed that it is not possible to control intervals between each rotation and shooting in case I need the subject's to stop shaking or in case using a flash light. It is unfortunate that there is no shutter release cable option to add rotation degrees while keeping the automatic rotation and shooting like with comX 360 turnable table which have more control.

I wanted to take videos using their turntable. The picture part of the app works decently enough, making it easy to get pictures at different angles. However, for videos, I'm having to use a second phone. One phone to control the turn table, and the other phone to take the video. Trying to take the video using the app resets the zoom and light/color balances, preventing me from taking a good video without having to do a lot of post editing. I know that you can stitch together up to 48 pictures, but that is choppy, not smooth. I would be satisified with the app if only it would keep the zoom and color/light modifications when you click the record button. Until then, 2 stars. Once that is fixed, I think it would be a 4 star app. Gets the job done with out a lot of overly complex options. Perfect for my use case.

After a month of using, the app wouldn't record videos. I tried restarting my phone, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but the result is the same. I tried my phone's default camera app, and it record just fine. Fix your App! And also, the picture quality is very grainy when I zoom in, even after purchasing the add-on and getting 3000x3000 resolution, it's still very grainy when viewing from the phone or through the Pc.

So I have now done 15 360 products views. For me, the only thing I use this app for is to control the turntable and a DSLR camera. For that, it does a flawless job. For all my post production work, I use a free third party app. Since using the service is free, I can not really complain. I wish the finished product was more than 640x480, but that is fine for displaying on a smart phone. There are better choices out there, but they cost much more. Overall all I am happy.

I like this product and when it works it works well. The issue is that the photos often appear all the wrong way round. I'm sure that this is a bug because the app clearly knows that the phone is in landscape mode when the picture is taken because all the icons turn 90°. Please fix and obviously I'll change the star rating.

Had this for a week and been using it on Android - finding it difficult to get the finish I want in my photos. Today, I tried with an iPhone - a much easier process giving me the finish I require. The temperature, the brightness has a bigger range, the editing options after taking photos - these are all absolutely necessary. I will be using an iPhone from now on until the android app is updated.

New version has problems. First, it crashes randomly while you are in album pages. But biggest issue for me is exporting. I could export all to the phone or SD card as a zip, but now there is no option to export to the phone. Only to other apps like Google drive, yandex disk, Instagram or to other installed apps. I'm exporting to Google Drive as zip. It's time consuming. Also it exports randomly blank pics. For example 3.jpg or 22.jpg exported as blank. But this has to be image. Help me please!

Please please please roll back the latest update. It was working great until that, now I cannot get it to open. It always crashes. I tried rebooting phone, uninstalling and reinstalling, no luck. When I reinstalled, it let me log in and asked for permissions, then went back to always crashing. It worked before! Please go back to that! I have things to do that I can't without the app.

Needs and update! * After using there are some things that could be much better, Keep screen on option, if screen times out during batch edit it corrupts some of the pictures in the reel. Would be great to have better colour balance options. Landscape, for edit and menu pages. When share zip to cloud, option to rename folder before save. This app does alot and most of it well but some small additions could make it a much better experience. I use this for 360 product images. to upload to website.

Few suggestions... Improve image quality. Lots of noise in both photos and videos. I am using pro at the highest resolution with a Galaxy S10+ and its native camera app is superior to photos and videos taken by the app regardless of the setting. Secondly, the turntable extension is the wrong white color. The app is doing a lot of manipulation to get all the whites to blend uniformly, which degrades quality and adds noise. We need a center guide on the large plate for objects like sunshades.

Decent app but I am a bit disappointed that the pro version doesn't unlock better video resolution or other options. Sure, the image resolution is higher compared to the free version but video quality stays the same. I would love to see this improve in the future, because most mobile phones have 4k video camera features.

Not great so far video 360 no editing options before starting to record video capture. And then does not save... Pretty useless as this is what I bought it for. Going to be returned asap. Will probably return the whole kit Foldio 3 and extra lights. I think the company will lose a lot of money.. if more people do this.

worked good first time I used now that I'm trying again just about a year later I can not get consistent connections, well make that only 3 in 3hours of trying. this includes unplugging, turning off power, turning off and on bluetooth, rebooting my phone, reinstalling the app. after reinstalling the app the first time it worked. and now 3 more times of reinforcement it does not. it makes me upset that I did the kickstarter for this project both the small and large foldio and the 360 doesn't work

This product without a working app is trash and the app DOES NOT WORK. I just got/paid for this trash today, expected full functionality only to discover the 360 Video option DOES NOT WORK! I bought it for this purpose only! Read some reviews and found this is an existing problem for almost a year now! But dont worry there is more! You have to pay more to unlock the full features of an app that serves a physical device that is already expensive as it can be! There is only one monkey here, me!

App has been buggy. We have the paid version, $2.99US). I like the option to use the 360 image as an embedded iframe on our website. The problem now is that edited images will not upload to spinzam, only the raw images without the white balance, background fill, etc.

Blue tooth won't connect anymore on one plus 6t. Useless with out it. Honestly I don't need your camera features, I needed a white rotating display and the light on the back was a plus instead of having to buy extra lighting. I only used the app to control the turn table and use my own camera app

The app doesn't save 360 video. I see many are complaining of this. And the export it gives you is only 640 x 640. So there goes the plug and play feature and youll have to record manually and then edit and crop in software. Fix the app please. Letting you down.

Disapointing.. After the update on the 06.06.19, and after reinstalling the app, I still cannot connect to the turntable via Bluetooth from my Samsung device. It is frustrating and time consuming. We bought the product for our company to make work easy but we get the opposite back.

Recent update has left no 360 video rendering and ability to save product videos. What is the point of this app or the £140 foldio 360 turntable without this? No response from Dev team after repeated attempts to find out what's has happened. Utter rubbish!!

Works ok, but technical support does not respond to answer questions. Adding support for Bluetooth/volume key shutter control would be a nice addition if you want to consider this professional quality.

Not nearly as good as rhe iPhone version. The Android version has far less features and the results don't look professional. Please update this app to make it usable.

I bought foldio 360 turning table through Amazon.. I have canon EOS200D ll. My DSLR is not compatible with foldio 360..plz try to update.. And in help center there is video for taking 360 image in manual mode.. At the end of the video they don't show how to convert those images into 360 image..plz help.. Other wise product is awesome..

Terrible app. Editing is awful, worse than basic. Adding brightness to the background is not background removal. Also edits cannot be undone. Terrible resolution. Not worth compromising your online shop with this app. Incredibly disappointing. I'm embarrassed for the developer of this garbage.

My color is always washed out , really frustrating. Looks perfect in the viewfinder, and then looks washed out after capture...

The results looks very cheap. The app need a important update. The turntable spin to 48 photos and for smooth results it needs at least 72 photos. Guys please take notes

The video is not viewable on the computer. I can still view the mp4 on my phone but when I transfer it to my PC it just shows a black screen. Is the video too short?

Wants access to camera and files for no reason. When that gets denied i get a korean popup as the app closes. I just want to control the turntable and take video with my dslr.
