Great content - the app allows to follow the most prominent chess tournaments from all over the world. The implementation is sloppy though. There are bugs and quirky behaviours. For example I can't turn the sound off for notifications for some reason. All the boxes are unticked under Settings / Notification Sounds, yet the sounds are still there. Or another annoyance. You can only see either DRAWN games, or games from the LAST ROUND (even decisive ones) in the free version. This by itself is fine. BUT the logic is completely inconsistent, because you can't access decisive games from the last round through a player profile nor the "All Games" view - they're marked as "PRO" and unaccessible there... even though the very same games are still accessible through the "round" view! The design isn't perfect either, eg. on the "Standings" list you only get to see points, but not the win-draw-loss stats. On the plus side, the app no longer crashes, unlike in the past when it would happen pretty often.
When you click the back button to go to the previous page or menu a full screen ad pops up with sound and then the back button stops working. You have to search for a tiny little X on the screen that actually allows you to close the ad as no other button does it. I understand the purpose of ads, but disabling the back button is a sneaky way to milk users and annoy them and those around.
In my poco device, when I'm using it in the dark mode, the colour of the pieces becomes the same. All the pieces appear white. Please optimise the app for dark mode as most of the people today use their devices in the dark mode.
it's an extremely important app for both professionals and amateurs likewise.. while the professionals can't do without following the top games to learn from them, the amateur's passion for the game increases only when he sees the best at the trade, battling out.. that too when it covers many tournaments which people might not even know about, it's something you must definitely not miss
Very good app, but I have small inconvenience with Favorites, because I have more than 100 games in favorites and I can't delete them from Favorites immediately, only one by one. please add function for delete all games in Favorites immediately. thanks anyway it's fantastic program
its a great app. very useful. but not able to see all games on pc . and non downloadable iin pc. but overall very very important for ambitious chess players
Hi, I recently subscribed for 1 year. But when I go to "all games" of any tournament and press on any game, the app force closes. Kindly help.
Why pay for something so basic as watching previous game? While we can watch it on other apps as chess24 for free. Maybe we can/should pay to remove annoying ads...but previous games!?! That sounds like a one move blunder into a checkmate.
I dont understand how many times will I be charged for the premium version even after cancelling my subscription. Just because Rs 29 is a small amount doesn't mean I like money being scammed from my account every month. Its been atleast 4-5 such transactions, the recent one being on 15th August, that's after I got in touch with their customer support.
My favourite chess app of all. You can watch all live games in real time. Perfect for hungry chess addicts like me! When used in conjunction with Analyze This app, you get Stockfish 11 to help you understand exactly what is going on. Love love love it!
I was very happy with this app, bought the premium version many years ago, but it looks like they gave up any developments and fixing a bug now takes more than a year, very disappointed
I have not had a good experience with this app. It lags very much from the real time. YouTube streams are way ahead. What happened yesterday in a chess tournament is not clear at all today. Lacks information on tournament rules, point system and many things
Amazing app for following your favorite players or tournaments. Would be cool if there was a FollowChess News tab in the menu. Other that that, perfect app!

I can no longer close ads with the "back" button on phone. Creator decided to sacrifice users comfort and some stars to get $$. He Has right to do so.
Most awesome app. Yet could you provide some additional data like year, event name, ECO and please let the previous games still appear? We are now at Game 3.

Apart from the performance and stability issues reported by others, this is yet another milkingware that focuses on bleeding customers dry ad infinitum with recurring subscription fees => uninstalled.

The ads appear on full screen and cannot be clicked away or closed, de facto making the app unusable. I understand the need for ads but when they take over the entire experience they turn the application into garbage. I can't even say whether this app is good or bad per sé, as I literally could never access anything on it (ads full screen and I have to close it and open it again).
