UPDATE 2: the issue where you couldn't see you following was fixed. But app crashes if you try and see your top likers. Back to 2 stars. UPDATE: Issue is fixed. Back to 4 stars + 1 for letting me know it's been fixed. Thanks to the developer for fixing. OLD: I paid for this app and it was working great for about a year. As of yesterday it stopped working. The screen flashes while it seems to update your account. Then it crashes. (Previously one star.)

this app was pretty great! i was perfectly content with the free features and it worked pretty well at first so i cant really speak for the paid features. but i noticed that sometimes it would have glitches or possible lags because it would falsely show that i was following someone who didnt follow me back. also, it recently has been crashing every time i try to load my profile. i tried everything but it wont work. kind of a disappointment.

Update 02/02/20: The Like Analyzer has completely stopped working. The app crashes whenever you try to use it. Downgraded from 5 to 3 stars. Original- I've used several follower apps in the past and found this one to be, by far, the best. You do have to pay for some of the more useful features such as "like analyer" but the cost is very much worth it. I love the ability to select which photos I'd like to have analyzed instead of having to analyze my entire stream. Highly recommend this app.

Update: They fixed whatever problem it was and it's working again, but if it crashes again I'll not hesitate to drop my rating again. Old:Just as all of the most recent reviews say, I paid for this app so I could have multiple accounts and it worked great for a while, but the last few days any time I try to look at it, it completely crashes and I never am able to look at anything on there. Really disappointed, and if y'all fix it I'll change my review, but right now it's garbage.

Really like the except for two things: every time I load the app it retrieves everything again. With each post I do and each follower I gain this process becomes slower. I would prefer some sort of daily sync, with a button to manually sync more. Or, even better, decide what to update, followers & following or posts. The second thing is a recent feature removal: you can no longer click to someones profile from the app, which is very annoying! Please at least fix this last thing! Edit: seems to be fixed by allowing clicking on user profile picture. Restored score!

I don't know what happened with this app lately, but it messes up all my follower-unfollower counts. It says I've lost thousands of followers, which is not true. It used to work rather well, but now it's just unusable. EDIT: They seem to have fixed it! Now it's working well so far. Changing my review to 3 stars, let's see how it goes. EDIT: And now it won't even load, keeps getting stuck on calculating the follower count. EDIT: Follower count doesn't work again and the app won't load!!!!

Fourth edit: when analyzing likes, the capo keeps crashing as of lately...Third edit (14 Nov). The loading issues seems to have FINALLY been fixed! Second edit: dropped to one star because the app has been useless for weeks with no. Many negative reviews, nobody replying. Sad. Edit: I have used this app for years now. However, just like many others have said, the app keeps crashing for the past week. I've tried everything, even using another phone to use the app, without luck.

A week ago I sent an email to the developers reporting a bug I found, but I was ignored like garbage. Perhaps here I can get their attention. I found out that if you archive a post on Instagram this application will give an error and fail to load the profile. If you un-archive the post it starts working again. I paid for the extended features. Please fix this issue. They are quick to take your money but you are left alone when you have a problem.

This app used to be so good! Now it crashes more often than not. The Likers and Commenter functions, which I paid for, are practically useless. Everytime I try to analize my posts it crashes and I have to reload the whole thing again. Even if I select a small number like 30. This has been going on for several months. The developer hasn't even update this app in a long time. Don't waste your time or money on this app. Don't know where these positive reviews I see the last few months come from.

Same problem lately as several others: premium version worked great for like a year, but now it's been crashing regularly. Like other reviews posted, it happens when analyzing likers/commenters. Uninstalling/reinstalling and restarting the phone doesn't help. Maybe a tech can come work on issues since you haven't put out an update in over a year? Update 30.Jul: yeah they don't respond here nor to emails, don't bother downloading app is unsupported 👎🏼

Downloaded it and it worked for an hour before I started having the same issue other reviews have complained about--it keeps crashing every time it tried to load my profile data. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling 3 times but it still keeps crashing. It's shame because for the hour I could use it, it was great.

Now Instagram gets strict, and using this kind of third apps makes them deactivate your account forever. On March 23rd, it happened to me, and I spent excessive time and money to get it back. Pain of losing your account is beyond words. The app has been so helpful for one and a half year.. but time has changed. I recommend that you NEVER install it, or delete it immediately.

Tried a few of these types of app and this is the first one which is reliable, accurate and just generally nice to use. I particularly like the graph showing number of likes vs number of posts. It's also very fast to analyse your profile, which I've found isn't the case in many of the other apps. Highly recommend this app!

Edit - 27th March - App crashed and kicked me out. Instagram them kicked me out, locked my account due to suspicious activity. This is the second time this has happened but I hadn't realized it was related to this app the first time but will now be deleting as don't want my instagram hacked or locked. Same as others have said - I've used it for years and it's been great but recently is glitching out. Crashes, won't actually load anything on the app.

Since the update my app keeps crashing when I try to open it. It has been working really well for me for a few years now idk why it's suddenly crashing, and I am not even using the paid version. And now I am unable to install it back to my phone. It's just showing downloading and isn't downloading. Developers please look into this.

I have been using this app for 2 or 3 years and it has done everything I want. However the last few days it crashes when I click on my profile. Have tried all the usual fixes but it refuses to work. Hope you can provide a fix for this soon. I will update my review when fixed.

Edit: now working all fine, as usual Was working fine for a long time, even paid for the extra capabilities. Now the app is USELESS, it freezes and restarts before I can get any results. I've sent two emails to the developers and have had no replies.

I emailed them about the issue everyone was having and now they have fixed the problem. Took a little time but brilliant now that it's good and working perfectly again. Thanks guys for the amazing service. Edited Have had to change the rating as I can't seem to use it for one of my accounts as I can't see any of the followers lost just says oops. Have reported the problem. Once it gets fixed I will change my rating until then it will stay at 1.

When it works it's very good... Problem is when you have more than 3k followers, it takes so much to open and many times it doesn't. I still put 2 stars because it makes me see all analytics of my 2 accounts and see average of likes, comments,... Friends who never like,... Since few days it never opens saying Follower error

a little glitchy but has helped me a lot. The most annoying thing is the first screen says I got or lost x amount of followers but the screen to see who they are wont update and I never know. That really needs to be fixed (since that is the purpose of the app) and then I'd give it a higher rating

Its very reliable and convenient to use. Makes me easier to know what my users are doing with me. But sometimes it crashes and at that moment i will not hesitate in lowering the ratings.

Edit: After updating the app everything is working again as before. They took s bit to update the app, but at least they did it and not just abandon it. The app just crashes while trying to fetch the profile information. This is due probably to the Instagram API changes that were recently made, hopefully they update the app. Till then, I'll keep the 1 star review.

It was working fine until I paid for an in-app purchase. After that the app keeps crashing. I uninstalled and installed several times but to no avail. I wonder why this happened only after I paid for one of their services. Looks dodgy. I will cancel my purchase now since I am still under the 48 hours cancellation policy by Google play store.

The app is great, no issues (Android user). I love that it doesn't just tell me whose followed or unfollowed, but allows me to manage my audience. I value the other information also: my recent likes, average and top comments. Very robust and easy to navigate.

It worked initially, I even purchased the multiple accounts feature, but in the last few months it keeps crashing. Useless. I sent an email to developers via the app, with no response. Then the app asks me for feedback - here you go: useless.
