I've literally had this for two weeks and had the watch synced up for 5 days. Took it off and left it at home for a few days now the watch and the app will not sync. Just keeps trying. Havent gotten past the syncing stage. Very unhappy!!
I have used this app for the past 2 months now, and I haven't had a single issue with it! It's been great. The breakdown of the sleep it shows (deep sleep, light sleep, awake) I find pretty interesting. Connectd just fine for me every time it is needed.
Worked great until firmware update. Now that's all it says. Won't sync, can't get it to do anything. Really disappointed. Liked it a lot before this.
I'm not creating an account just to set the time. This is just silly, I'll be returning this "watch" and buying one that doesn't require an account to use.
I have left a message on your Help sit, but no reply yet. How do you reset the FOMO Fit sport? It has the wrong date and time and resets in the middle of the day, which screws up my step counts.
Disappointing is an understatement. I have several issues with this app and the fitness band. The first glaring issue is the app incorrectly shares it data with Google Fit. All entries come up as generic Google Fit entries and it should show up as Fomo Fit (per reply to a question asked on Amazon). Next, the app constantly asks for full permissions. I've turned on body sensors, location and storage. I don't use any of the telephony options, so why ask for them? Finally, an edit option. Please?
