HUD Mobile is available for free for use with supported versions of Fonality’s business phone system.
After the HUD Mobile App is enabled in your Fonality system and installed on your Android phone, you
will be able to log into HUD from anywhere and communicate as if you were still at the office.

HUD Mobile must be used in conjunction with an eligible Fonality business phone system. Your
username is usually your server ID, followed by an underscore and your extension. For example
11111_5555.

HUD Mobile supports Android phones running 4.1 or greater.
PBXtra, trixbox, Connect, Connect+, and EntPayGo customers must be on Fonality Control Panel version
12.8 or higher. PBXtra and trixbox customers who have not updated, will need to proactively update to
version 12.8 or higher, by selecting the “Upgrade” link in the Control Panel.

Unreliable have for over two weeks now ran the HUD for Android side by side with my desk phone and the desk phone rings but not my mobile. Based on my inbound calls for the last 2 weeks the HUD APP rang only 23% of the time. Very unreliable - disappointing. I've also experience a massive battery drain as well like many others have experienced. When switching between carrier network and wifi calling app stops working. When the screen saver or phone screen goes off it stops working.
Just stopped working after one week of use. logged in and connected to a network, yet it disconnects and then tries to reconnect all the time. Does not show anyone online, Cant login to ques anymore.
Everytime i am getting the error servor unreachable, my internet speed is 100 mbps, can you please help me.
The app does what it says however it NEVER stays connected at work or at home. I've mostly noticed it disconnects while I'm walking around the building on WiFi. As I pass from one access point to another it disconnects. When I leave work and I go to cell service it disconnects. When I get home and back to WiFi again it disconnects. It should be seamless. Your app needs to detect the changes in connectivity and automatically reconnect.
Tried to reinstall to fix issues, but this version will not install on my device even though it says it's compatible. Terribly disappointed in this app, it has half worked at times but never been able to use it fully and now not at all. Hoping for a fix soon! Come on Fonality let's get it fixed please! Edit April 21, 2016 - new version works great with Android 5.1.1, thank you for the fix. Still testing, but so far it MUCH better!!! Updating to 4 stars for now ;)
Doesn't stay connected. Will drop from server every 10 minutes cell service or wifi. Have tested on different wifi still no success. App will even disconnect when is it open. Google pixel 7.1
It won't connect to my phone when i log in. Second attempt downloading. It would be nice if it worked on my galaxy s8.
I see a lot of comments about this being updated to work on Android 6. Frankly, I'm running a Note5 and I find the application buggy. It runs in the background but doesn't appear to stay connected. I spend most of my time opening the app and reconnecting which defeats the purpose of the app for me.
Now runs Android 6, that's good. Still a little hokey navigation, but decent app. Makes working on the road easier.
Strange, started working on Nougat on its own.

Wasn't working on Android (or at least Nexus 5) until now but has been fixed, so upped from 1 to 4!
One would think this would be at the top of their priority list but it's bviously not. Do you guys care about your reputation? Android 6 has been available for 6 months... how embarrassing. Shame Fonality, shame.
This app does not seem to work, looking at the reviews it looks like I am not the only one but no response from Fonality on when they will address the issue.
S7 edge: App fails to load. Cannot send error report. You guys need to fix this before contracts are renegotiated.
I use this to work from home and it keeps crashing. Just bought the s7 worked fine on my s5. Sent several error reports and no response

Still testing but I cannot figure out how to close out the application? Must go into Android Apps and kill it? Constant notification window that HUD is running.
Chat is much faster than before, and clears out old messages easily. No softphone at the moment, but it can still use the cell to receive calls from the Fonality PBX. Placed calls will unfortunately show the cellular caller-id until the softphone is made available. I'll have to do some more testing, but battery usage seems to be reduced compared to previous versions.
Works as expected, this took way to long to come out.
Chats have been greatly improved. 5/5 stars. I love having HUD on the go.
It... Works..? That's really it though. I also have an iPad (no embedded surface books yet 😫) that I use to work when on the move and it has a brand new, beautiful NetFortris themed version of this application. It'd be nice for Android users to receive the same updates. On Android the app works as it is most of the time but it's slow, clunky, and drains battery at an alarming rate even on my Note 9. Please update NetFortris/Fonality!
