Fond is available only to employees working at companies that have purchased a Fond subscription. To use Fond, make sure you have registered through your company's rewards and recognition program. Very poor navigation. When I open a perk - it "crashes" the activity in 80% of times, reloading the list after that so I need to scroll 10 screens to find it again, open it and hope that it won't crash this time. The same crash happens when I press "back" button - it reloads the list and I have to scroll and scroll again. Also, there's very minimal search - just by a string, no advanced search, no filtering. Huge list of perks where it's very hard to find anything.
I received a request to join Fond. I installed the app, unable to access the app. I tried to log in, an error message "incorrect email or password. So I clicked setup, an error message "your company already setup". Click forgot password, I click the info from my email. It takes me back to Fond home page, with "setup" and log in". No temporary password giving. Deleting, unable to access.
Unusable junk. This app crashed so much, that I uninstalled it just so I could reinstall it hoping that would fix the problem but now I can't even open it because everytime I try to open it it crashes. Sad.
Used to work alright. i havent been able to get the app to open up for months now i was hoping with the last update it would be fixed but it still wont load. Ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling a few tines to no avail.
I used to be able to utilize the app but now as soon as I even try to view my rewards balance I get kicked off the app. When I use the app on my computer, it doesn't offer the same rewards that my fond mobile app offers. So using the app on my pc is not beneficial either.
This is a great service which lists out all the perks provided by your employer in a single web page. It's very convenient to get the coupons and also the directions are easy to follow.
With the new update, it is usable and now doesn't crash as before. It still has few bugs but good progress from previous versions which crashed alot.
What I really enjoy about this app is how quickly I can send out thank you notes to my colleagues instead of having to visit the store to find a gift. I’ll do pretty much anything to avoid taking a trip to the store right now, so Fond has been especially useful.
I appreciate your response but you're not understanding what I'm saying the promotion that you guys are offering Is for new customers only not existing all the apps that offer discounts for T-Mobile and AT&T Verizon Sprint metro pcs etc so on are all for new customers no one is offering anything for existing customers that is what I'm trying to say to you offer something for existing customers

So I received an invite, via email from my work saying. "you have been invited to fond, click here to begin!" I have tried a hand full of times to log in and get an error stating. This email hasn't been invited to fond yet I keep getting the same invite email to join and cant get iti hope this gets resolved
Can't even log in 🤣 app instantly crashes as soon as I try to type my email. Looks like I'm stuck using the website.
Fond makes recognition a regular part of my day instead of a chore like it used to be. Now I can just send appreciation to my coworkers and get myself a nice gift card from my phone!
This is a great app for employee perks. It's easy to navigate to find all the best deals offered by your company. Love it!
No login issues. Easy to use and I like the deals near me feature.
I create account and shows that email hasn't been invited..and it's the correct email. 🤷🏽♀️

Fond helps me feel much more confident and appreciated at work. When my coworkers send me recognition, it always brightens my day. Plus, I can redeem rewards and get them shipped to me without having to leave the house.

This seems eerily just like a Social Credit System like they use in China that everyone is horrified about. Because it is. Obviously this is targeted to engineer employee behavior. Questions: is this optional for employees, and will one's Fond account follow an individual from job to job? The "rewards" offered by an employee are clear enough, but the consequences & punishments for not meeting certain criteria will vary from employer to employeer, not by Fond (becase we aren't China, thank God).

Love that Fond picks up deals wherever I travel- in my city or another state! Giving recognition is easy and seamless through the app. 👌
Logged me out & I am unable to log back in.... Also there's no directions as to what I'm doing wrong or even helpful hints as to how I can fix this.... It also isn't recognizing my work email....

Love being able to check out perks while browsing on my phone and easily give recognition!
Could not purchase Cinemark eSuperSaver movie tickets - kept failing in the payment stage. Mobile website continued to work fine though.
Please make the search bar debounced! In Android, it's hard to type a search query because every char you type makes a request and prevents you from continuously typing!!!
Very expensive site, 15% more then other sites and stores..... Lol lol
Seems to work pretty well. A good ways for companies to connect with there employees.
