I installed it 10 times in last few hours. Was NEVER able to even register!!! Reason , app crashes every single time. Pathatic app, bad development and absolutely no idea what to do. How can you run adds on radio and tv and launch the app without any testing at all???? I dont know what kind of a bad developer will do that!!!
There is something wrong with your OTP function, it says "we have sent a one time pin to your phone....", but actually that never happens. App needs to be improved to work with all mobile phone numbers irrespective of the network type.
Absolutely pathetic Developer and App There is no system to get a refund if payment is made through this app. I tried calling them on the number provided in 'contact us'. They used to attend the call saying that my refund is under process. As of today that number is now invalid and no other way to contact them. There is also no option to delete your account if you have created using this app, which is highly risky considering they have your bank account information. Use it at your own risk.
I am unable to login. When I click on forgot password, I get the message that pass code has been sent on my mobile phone. But I have never received it despite trying it multiple times. Moreover, the help line number is not reachable. Don't know why this app even exists.
very very bad experience ... my account has been blocked from 3 months... called them several of times but still they didn't fixed it if you can't control your customers why do you run apps like that just close it..... really disappointed ... ☹☹
Finally it worked for me yesterday. Easy to use and worked great. I would still say that the idea is great but make the following changes: - Make it reliable - Bring in good customer care - Increase merchant networks. Currently it is 99% restaurants only - Include mobile / branchless banking (like easypaisa or jazzcash) with some Islamic bank - Fix mobile topup issue - Include "tap n pay" / NFC payment
IS THIS A CRASHING APP👊 trying to login almost 10 times but crashing like this is a crashing app and has no other use. If not helped solving this issue definately gonna uninstall. Fed up of it 👊👊👊
The app is unable to link my HBL Card with the app due to which can't make any purchases! Tried seveal times. The Customer care helping drops call after a minute. Can't complain Live as well. Pathetic!!!
It's been over a month I have downloaded the app but couldn't link my easypaisa account. Even after a call to helpline the issue is still there plz update the problem. A humble request.
Used app to load balance amount got deducted but didn't get credit. Complaint sent on mail and it shows this mail doesn't exist and contact number doesn't respond...looks like a fraud app
to be honest it's a good app but with worst service I've one issue I can't link my Bank Account with this app and it's been 2 months or more they haven't fixed it I called them more then 7 times and they tell me the same thing to wait 7 days worst service ever
Most of the listed retailers don't entertain the app.They refuse to accept it as a mode of payment especially metro shoes. Upon complaint, nothing good happens at all..
TOTALLY USELESS APP: There are serious security issues with the app. I cannot find my transactions and there is no customer service to help
Worst!!! just registered, while login it says wrong passcode.. it gave me another passcode which doesn't work either and my id is blocked... helpline won't bother to attend your call. waited for 10 minutes. pathetic..!
Experienced multiple times that i top up on Mobile through this app via link account and the transaction become unsuccessful in fonepay , but my linked bank account Debited successfully. Just Pathetic service
good but check again all feature whats happened your app some feature not working properly like refer user or merchant refer and some other like explain video missing check again and hire someone to review your app deeply so that user can trust and use every feature to get benefits both user and app maker and all team and support all Pakistani to you i wish you must do it and you can best wishes
works fine except that new features such as buying for ali Express should be added also. also twice my topup of 100 rupees to my mobile didn't go through even though the amount got deducted from my bank account
fraud app. linked my Meezan bank account and tried to load balance twice in ufone. didn't receive any balance and my 400 are still with fonepay. removed the app and never going to use again
I install this app and when I click on registered and fill the form then click on regiaterd button then one menu pop up and says update app when I click there it's not working so because of this error I am going to uninstall this app and rate it 1 star sorry

this app is not sending me OTP due to which i am unable to register and use it. i have emailed to their support unit but no response. i am forced to rate it as poor app.
I suggest to all not use this App. Reason #1. Contact number is invalid #2. Support email form not proceeded. #3. FAQs answers not open. Thats i remove this App from my phone now.
Definitely doing Fruad took my money many time when i have used topup point to recharge my Sim card after putting ATM pin they shows Error And Charge the money from Account never return Back. fraud!

Pathetic app. Never lets me login. Always blocks me. Got it unblocked through customer service. Got blocked again. Wasn't able to login even for once
Worst experience with application. I must recommend everyone not to install & signup for this Banking application. Really worst application experience ever i felt. I downloaded app but it couldn't open properly, just opened and then closed it goes on by trying several times to open and then finally app opened and i signed up. After signing up app went off again. Then again i opened the app but couldn't found login page except sign up page only. Device: Samsung J7 2017. Android: 8.1.0.
