It's been 4 days since the recent update and app still doesn't work, neither does it show my recent amount nor it shows any transactions. Tried calling their toll free no, customer service department and viber contact but nobody seems to be bothered enough to respond. Worst customer service ever.i am amazed why anyone from the regulatory hasn't intervened yet when so many customers are suffering and their huge amount is being blocked..
Everything is great. 3 vital suggestions: (1) Please allow an option to download Static QR code in HD quality from the settings(for print on surfaces). Preferably, options for labels such as Firm name and address/contact above/below the generated QR would be better. (2) Next, I request you to maintain sessions. I keep having to log back in, which is beyond troublesome. I understand that this app cannot "send" money, so It is pretty safe to keep it logged in. (3) Please allow master/slave modes
When you check the statement in app it doesn't show whether its completed or pending whereas in browser theres an viewing option for that. Also i have issues tranferring fund from fonepay to my bank account its takes a whole lot of time fix that too. Overall its a good app but can be better :)
After I updated to the last version on Oct 1, 2021...the app cannot transfer fund to my bank account. This is so frustrating. I received payment of 10000 from a customer and I clicked "refund"( which I thought would transfer the payment in my bank account) and my amount is gone from fonepay and not credited in my bank account. This is the worst update possible. I cannot continue doing online transactions if such looting keeps happening all of a sudden. Please give me my 10000/- Rupees back.
Very bad software need to improve a lot
The new update is ridiculous. After being such good with getting market shares, you guys have a very very poor service when it comes to hearing Customer's voice. Your app doesn't work and there are so much bugs with your app. I am thankful that we have a company like you, as it has become easy for many people to go cashless, but as the company grows and becomes more and more popular, you should have an ability to keep customer service at prior. Why make an app when you're so poor at it?
I don't recommend this app at all. IME Pay offer wide range of service. Not using it unless I can find transfer from my account to bank or wallets.
Application crashing when trying to set Fingerprint for login. Please fix it. 🙁
The app is buggy. I can't get through login screen. It boomerang me to login screen even after accepting the credentials. Not useful at all with this version.
App updated and transfer to bank feature lost what!!! "Please fix the issue". All cash is not transfered to linked bank! Is this service or scam???
All are good but one request to your team Please add email notification feature which should be include all transaction details like transaction id amount and things for easily verify the transaction as by checking only email.
Contacted the support, they solved the issue described below here... ----------- Your apps, after login, start to download a huge amount of data. I mean hundreds MB of data! What is that? Please, fix it! As it is the Apps is useless.
After the update the transfer to bank feature is removed. without any such notice. Such a bad user experience. Please bring back the feature.
Very bad service trying to transfer money to by bank from 4 days still no solution, they don't have any toll free numbers you have to wait for while to pickup your call , no one replys on emails. Im very frustrated now.
Just because , i used many and this is just only for business people, the way it's i really dislike ,where is app for consumers and if its important to have pan and x amount per annum then i would not use it. It lacks flexibility
Well it was working good . But now after certain updates . I tried to generate a new password it doesnot respond . The old password not either did work . Please fix the problem.
Very bad Such apps has to be easy to operate and hassle-free So much problems in transfer of money and showing past transaction. Finance related apps cannot be such a issue.
It has been quite risk & suspected since we r not permitted to log in ourselves to access our daily transactions. So many transaction now r in hold & no one is there to sorted out this. Y the regular service of giving access to respective account holder has been cancelled?need to be clearify ..
I provide all the registration credentials but not able to register . App throw Message" your request could not be processed Error Code: 400". Plc fix this bug as soon as possible
Login problem Once we logged in with id and pwd, it keeps on asking both user id and pwd for the 2nd time which is very time consuming. It will be better if it requires only pwd to login but not user id after 2nd login.
App is just a bug. i am trying 10 times in 1 month to dwnld this app but not able to get it. if dwnld is like this how would be the money transfer 😊
Worst service ever. All payments are stuck in Fonepay since October 1st. Still haven't recieved the amount in my bank account.
The new update is not letting me use the fingerprint to login...There is no option and I have to enter the password for the same...
After i update total amnt of all txn is showing zero and for statement no txn details appeared.whtever amnt has been tranferred its showing in pmt details but ttl amn is zero and no option for bank trf.are you serious for this issue.this not a easy its all about money.they are trying to hold our fund by creating problem intentionally.
Worst app ever after the latest update.. Hope it fixes this problem soon.. as soon as the update is done and it is fixed I shall rate it 5* again

Transfer to bank was so useful when needed. But now they removed it and I can't even transfer my money to my bank account which is on fonepay since 2 days.
I am not satisfied for this app and facilities. When I login my ID, not generate password. And another is fund is not received quickly it takes time more then six hours. Please fix it as soon as possible.
