Fontasy - Google Fonts Browser

Please,please all you people who are peeved because you can't download and/or use the fonts on your phone... The following is at the end of the About this app: " NOTE: This app doesn't allow you to change font on your device." Reading all the info prior to installing the app would allow you to make an informed choice. .... I'm not affiliated with the developers in any way; just don't like seeing people upset and disappointed.

Really wish it had an option to select the style and copy the html... Or even to open a browser tab to that font so you can. Otherwise its a great on the go reference.

Updated Been using this app for a while now. I love that it lets me create and download notes as photos. I like that it has the "square" format when saving the photo as well. I love how easy it is to use. It gets the job done without much hassle. Few suggestions though, 1. I wish there were more sizes / format for the canvas. 2. I hope that every time I exit from the app, it would still let me pick up from where I left off.

All parts of the app were great. I wish I could get a copy of the texts. The only problem was that I gave a full score. Because it was great

I really like the variety. haven't figured out how to install them on my Note 20 but I can make due with the large sampling box. I've screenshotted some cool sayings regardless.

"FONTASY" is Most Indubitably aesthetic, best way to go, full of optional unique & exquisite styles so much to choose from hands down to the developers

Can't figure out how to install them. Using a samsung phone. I exoect more from Google. You guys know the last time I peed outside but you can't make a simple app or what?

This app has/had been a favorite of mine, as well as my #1 go to for all things font related. Since your last update in May of this year, I repeatedly get "Handshake Error" whenever I load the app or attempt to change the filter settings & nothing loads. Please advise how to fix.

Very good this is. So many fonts which you can use. 😎 It only works on my Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge phone, though. It doesn't work on my S10 Plus or my Nokia Android phones. There is no edit function on these. The S7 Edge is Android 8. The others are Android 10. Would be fantastic if it worked on Android 10.

Fontasy contains many design tools and options, especially for a free font and font editing ap.

Updated- 👍🏻Back to the fontasy I loved. Update: 11/2020 Fontasy WHAT HAPPENED????? Update your app or have phonto cease connections to you. All I get is a refresh & the edit text is GONE and the upload to phonto, also GONE Perfect. Simple, fast and productive. I'm an AVID Phonto user & THIS is the best source to add new fonts. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ All the way.

I love the app but can you please add it a feature wherein the user can connect the app in either Google, Facebook, or Sign up so that the downloaded fonts will not be erased when the app is downloaded in other device. I hope you will sooner or later read this because I want that to happen so bad!!! 😄😁😄

This app doesn't seem to do anything except list fonts & let you look at them. There are no instructions. Oh, so the 'upload' button is their sneaky attempt to hide download or save buttons. I love when companies try to redefine standard icons. That's like a city making a rule that a green light now means stop. But, that's Google for you. It's like the other comments about how the app works great on iPhone, but not on Android, their own OS - go figure.

I can use endless font styles, that's why I really like this app.

a really great app where you find all kinds of the fonts! pretty impressive. but only minor issue is that if we could install the multiple fonts in our device.

Works well on my Samsung galaxy s 4 mini but keeps crashing on my Samsung galaxy tab 3, this has been happening for over a year now and they still haven't fixed it or had the dignity to reply.

I cant figure out how to install the fonts. Ome would think there would be a tutorial on using this app but nope. Bad interface, and no way to get the fonts onto your device. Find another app because this one is just for show

💩Literally does nothing but display fonts! No, I don't want to change my phone font, but the description implies you can download some, at least. But this isn't the case. Pretty useless.

Wonderful app to discover fonts. However, it doesn't work on my note 20 and it didn't work on the note 10 either. I'll re-download once its fixed.

So 🤔 I used to use this app on iOS with no problems at all. I then changed to android and the app was fine until the last update.. it doesn't work anymore I'm not sure if it Google restricting apps but it's well and truly broken which is a shame. RIP fontasy we had a great time but now it's over 🙏🏼

Used it on my LG Stylus 3 and a Galaxy Samsung core prime 5?) And both of them were refusing to accept and utilize fonts it was just like how I picture it would look to reject an organ transplant only instead of a torso spitting out livers and it's more like a handheld rectangular robot embryo barfing up helvetica and merriweather (with serifs, maybe I'm thinking of a pudgy Times New Roman?) It'd be nice if I could get I it to "take" but it just just me and my need to customize everything.

This would be infinitely more useful if I could enter preview text and see it applied to everything. Currently very tedious to test desired text one by one.

I should have read the reviews first.. can't download fonts. It does call itself a "Browser", so I suppose this app is just a peep show of fonts that are out there to download from other sources.

Love the app and the variety of fonts is amazing! I only wish I could use it to change the fonts on my device but I can use it to change my fonts on my computer. Overall great app to use!

I love this app. It has a wide range of fonts and helps me keep it simple. However, I would like to suggest an option to bold, underline selective font.

This app doesn't do nothing. It is insane. It literally shows you fonts and that is it. It's only iPhone friendly. I would not download it for android because literally you can't do anything with it. Terrible for android.

Really useful app! I'm excited with its free sources. Methods to download the font files: 1) Select the typeface -> select the font -> click share (upload icon in top right corner) -> select Fontasy app in appearing apps -> check the font file in Fontasy folder in device. 2) Same as the method 1, but instead of Fontasy app, choose ZArchiver app (first download it from PlayStore) while sharing the font & the app opens -> click OK -> The font file saved as zip format in Fontasy folder.

I hate it because Everytime I press on a font, it crashes! My device is a Chromebook and I thought this would be the app to work but it keeps crashing! Same for other font apps! >={

A very useful app to access a vast source of fonts but sometimes, it doesn't provide specific fonts you're interested to find.

It's good for browsing Google fonts but it would be nice if you could make sort of "shopping list" to download from the website.
