Rarely do I leave reviews. This is an exceptional piece of software. It respects the users' intelligence and exposes all of the settings and options so that you can use the software how YOU see fit. It is the antithesis of modern designs that hide everything and those that force a unified experience on everyone. Instant control, very responsive, simple to set up and use, solves a major headache. Uses HTTP so that traffic can traverse VLANs and does not require mDNS/UPnP which are ridiculous.

The developer of the older Foobar Controller app has abandoned his project. That other app was frustrating to use and unreliable. FoobarCon is smooth, feature rich and easy to setup with it's automatice server discovery. I like the hardware volume control and linear adjustment. The only thing lacking is a lock screen control. I would encourage the developer to add lockscreen album art display and control bar. in the meantime the customizable shake control is cool workaround!

I am running foobar2000 on a dedicated stand alone fanless low power mini network computer, which is receiving HD audio files, mainly 24 bit PCM as well as DSD (64, 128, 256) from a Synology NAS server and then outputs them via ASIO to a Accuphase DAC. I can enjoy the full flexibility of foobar (which is an universe) and with this app remote control a highly customized setup. The app itself works flawless and completes a perfect experience.

This is my only 6 star app. Aside Spotify this is my most used application. Best way to remotely play music on your pc from local hdd or cloud storage. the aplication is almost perfect, many many options to browse your library, great intuitive commands, well done IU layout, lyrics auto search is a great feature. Fresh graphics would be nice to integrate with latest android look. it has almost all features I need. Thank you for making this application. Great job. An update would be nice 😁.

Excellent. Worth every penny, lots of features. Some I think that the foobar app doesn't even have. My favorite being the biography feature, I would pay for a artist biography plug in for foobar windows application!

Amazing App . Worth the money and more. I was worried it would take a complicated setup to work. But it was running 5min after install. Instructions seem clear. Can't believe it.

Works pretty good but watch your host firewall rules they can cause real problems because they block access to the Foobar 2000 foocon component on your local network.

Been using for a few years now, one of the best foobar controllers. No need for bubblepnp or others as foobar supports dlna renderers. Custom attributes are perfect. Well thought out design and rich functionality.

Seek bar is very slim and unprecise to touch. Play List not customizable, font in network browser too big. Possibility to access the Equalizer would be great !

Keep up the excellent work. Your app is well worth the low price. I use it every day and my experience continues to improve with each update. More widget design options, like what Poweramp does, would be a great addition. Recent issue: keeps closing when running in the background. Used to stay open until I closed it or left the range of my network.

Honestly everything works great except you need to fix the screen rotation Even though i have screen rotation on lock, it would still rotate

I've had this installed for a month now and it's been great, zero issues. Was just chilling at my PC listening to some tunes today and suddenly my music pauses. Turns out I was getting a call on my cellphone and this app took control. I forgot I had it installed and it took me by surprise, but damn if that isn't helpful! Started again just after the call ended. Left me wondering what the hell could've done that, if my PC was becoming sentient lol.

Design and functionality are top notch! I absolutely love the "Send shortcuts"" function. Way better than alternative apps!
