Please rollback whatever changes you made to the APP with the latest release. It is no longer usable and is not user friendly at all. The graphs do not scale appropriately nor can you you really interact with them. The previous version was much better. I also always get a message that states that my device has lost its Wi-Fi connection every time I start the APP or switch between devices until it re-establishes the connection and updates the sensor readings. I have no Wi-Fi issues with any other connected devices, so my guess is it is on the APP/Foobot side. I have also experienced a significant amount of APP crashes and hang ups when starting the APP. Please fix these issues or revert back to the previous version. Thank you.

The new chart representation is a disaster. One cannot actually see what is the temperature in the past without scrolling graph back and forth, what is the scale of the graph. They are almost flat while the difference in temperature for a few degrees is significant one. Same for any other graphs. It makes these graphs useless. Please bring the old functionality back, or let to inzoom in graph and convert it to bar graph with values. Happy to revise the review once I see the difference.

Just like the hardware the app is a disaster. The only graph it capable of showing me is VOC. All other graphs are grayed out. That in itself is bad but not as bad as the unit measurements being allover the place. Don't waste your money buy an Airthings instead. It is light-years ahead and their app actually works and unlike this that was update 1 year ago it is actually updated.

I don't recommend the app or the Foobot product. It's tips to correct problems are not useful and make assumptions. For example, having a high partial reading tip assumes it is from cooking and to switch from a gas to electric stove. The historical data is even less useful. It will show an ambiguous global index rating but it does tell you the reason why like the real-time reading does such as particles in the air, VOCs, etc. Your better off with a portable less expensive air tester on Amazon.

Chart representation is not better, just different. When there's a spike, the app doesn't rescale (netatmo does that well if you want to see how to do charting properly), but just clips the high values

I am unable to see the charts anymore. The help page says to tap the arrow on the bottom of the screen but it does nothing. Without seeing the history it has limited usage. This is on a Samsung galaxy 8

I can understand the interface easily. I have used this with the foobot devices in my environmental science class for non-science majors at a local college. The students could understand the interface easily too.

Please re-check and reset the measurement values, the air quality is always bad even if it out side de house is ridiculous. I take the foobot outside the windows with the electrical extension and nothing changes, please fix the bug.

It works, but that's about the best that can be said. The graphs are nearly worthless because the line frequently goes off the chart when I'm cooking.

Really poor app, there is no infrastructure to it. Could have been so much better with a little more thought in the user experience. Shame as I really liked the actual product.

Awesome tool, easy to use (and after the newest update) also very easy to read app with nice graphs! :)

No CO2 eq curve :( - and impossible to see the volatile component curve - it's almost always outside view (too high).

New app is terrible. Its hard to determine when events happen. Basically makes the device worthless.

its very laggy, sometimes have to restart phone to see past data?

SWT. Apr 25, 2020

It's nice ,I like the old setup where you were able to see co2 now it's just shows highest at 2000 and no history!

This app is poorly written. It has some significant performance issues. It is very slow to open and shows the splash screen for multiple seconds. It frequently requires restarting to be able to see history. It hides the status bar for no compelling reason. The history takes seconds to populate.

Just spent 1 hour trying to connect my newly bought foobot with no success. The device can't be used without an internet connection, therefore it's useless for me. And as I don't have an iPhone to try the setup, I'm returning it. Edited: Thanks for responding 20 days later... but it was too late and i have already returned the product. I own a Netatmo station and had no problem to connect it to my wifi.

Something is not working with the values in the app. For the first 6 seconds it shows 293 Celsius and everything else looks wrong. I need to manually update

When I am connected to another wifi, not where foobot is connected, my phone battery drains very quick. If I am connected to 3g or 4g internet (not wifi) there is no issue. But it looks like when the phone is connected on wifi it always looks for foobot. This is vey anoying as I have to kill foobot app every time I am not in home. Phone is galaxy s5. Apart from that the app is working fine but this have to be fixed in future version.

Can't get history opened most of the time, making this app virtually useless.

Vic. K. Sep 2, 2017

The app mostly works and shows nice graphs of the historical air pollution levels. Two things which don't appear to work: 1. After the app is in background for a few hours, the button to go from overview screen to graph screen stops working. Restarting the app restores the functionality. 2. I've added a custom (other...) tag and the app labels the test of the day with it and I can not remove this tag from any periods like I can remove non-custom tags.

Works most of the time but then decides to do random things sometimes like light up in the middle of the night (?!). Data and graphs are more consistent than before but still not right.

Works better than ever!
