The app shows the ingredients' legal status in Australia and New Zealand, Europa and the United States. It allows you to quickly check on more than 500 ingredients. You can search them by E-code, by name or by alternative names.

This app has given me a better insight as to what is added to the foods that i eat. I have experimented with changing or eliminating certain items from my diet and have noticed changes in my mental clarity as well as a better daily physical well-being. I highly recommend anyone who is curious about what is in the foods that they are eating to take the trouble to study the information within this app.
Great for discovering what is in your food! Excellent search functions. It's also let me save a list of favourites, which I've used to save the additives I'm supposed to avoid.
This app provides the cryptic ingredients listed on our mystifying food labels well enough for me to be confident of continued use. I do sometimes find I have to cross reference with another food app, just to be sure but this is more about me, than the app itself.
very handy when i go shopping my granddaughter is allergic to artificial sweetners and the food labelling companies keep changing them to e numbers or just change the name in the end i have to protect her and this app allows me to find the label and the app helps to tell what e number is gives me a better idea of whats what
This application is really good. But there is a need to increase more information in it. For example, what is the source of chemicals used in foodstuffs and from which organisms and plants it is obtained.
Good app w good info. Very annoying that it automatically rotates screen even when the phone is screen locked.

The best in terms of appearance, simplicity and content
works well...used it today while shopping, you need to be an industrial chemist to understand all the stuff that's in so called food now. this certainly simplifys it.

most comprehensive source I've seen in an easy to use format
An absolute necessity for survival, these informations (datas) MAY be placed next to Darwin's "Survival of the fittest" theory because survival theory is based on the natural selection and the important selection is consumption and rejection of certain things (Foods) which is directly related to diseases and healing, so these datas are primary for survival. It should be made a mandatory subject in Medical Schools.

It's a great app with fantastic information. I use it all the time while shopping. Once upon a time I would have given this 5 stars but recently I've been getting pop up adverts on the app. I've used this app with no ads for years but over the past month or two I'm suddenly being bombarded with adverts. Please remove the adverts to make this app great again.
