Love everything about this app. I has been such a great way to save money plus I bought $100 worth of groceries ( due to my points) I only paid abt $5 cuz I had enough points. It's worth using it n there's recipes also. So much to do..I've had this app for almost 6 years now n still am loving it 🥰🥰🥰🥰
Not able to scan my account at checkout. Cashier Inputs manually and if it's wrong you loose all points for that purchase. Receipt has no way to check. Bridgeport CT store.
Food Bazaar is a great grocery store, the app is not. When the app is working I use it to get "points" when I shop. The eventual payoff is around 1%, in theory. I just upgraded the app as suggested. The new version forces you to select a new pin. When I tried it tells me my account is locked and to try again in 5 minutes. Tried an hour later with same results. Don't upgrade versions until you have to.
I do love this app. Great sales, cashiers always remind me to use the app. You are the best grocery store around. Thank you
I love the store and I love the app all the different pieces of information in tips to get from the app are awesome.I know that in the after weekly ads isn't working so I found a work around until they make an actual fix Open the App click on the sweepstakes banner. Next click the top right corner stack The scroll down and look for your store. Best option for now. .
Absolutely hate that notifications cannot be turned off. The only way to stop them was to uninstall the app.
Since the last update every time I click on the flyer it re-routes me to a website then when I add things to my list it does not appear on the app. A huge waste of time. I hope they fix this issue or just go back to the old version.
I would give it 5 stars but I don't like the latest update. Weekly circular is shown on web browser in a list, when switching to view ad pages it is too wide for screen and you can't tap on items to add to grocery list. So annoying and stressful now.
Not the most useful app. i use it ti get rewards, but i think this will take years to get any rewards. It also doesn't allow you to easily change or edit your account information. I sent an email to their customer support, let's see if they answer.
I had over 300,000 reward points and they did not transfer over. It was frustrating trying to set up a pin. However, the FB on 161st in the Bronx is a good place to shop. I complained but never got a response about my lost rewards..😡😡🤒
Haven't been able to choose my home store in order to view the weekly adds. It tells me to use store locator but when I enter my zip or store address nothing comes up and it doesn't show any options for me to pick a home store. I've tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling the app and still no success
Frustrating. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Brings me through the entire registration twice and after inputting everything twice, it says unable to process. This app also asks for a lot of info. Very very frustrating.
It keeps freezing. I cannot log in to my account. When I tried to retrieve the password, it keeps saying no email is registered!! I've been using this app for almost 2 years!!! Please fix it asap!!
The App would have gotten five (5) stars but it's not fully supporting the customer. If a customer has the App ready to be scanned but gets distracted and pays first..... then they miss out on the opportunity to get the credited for the items that they both. There should be a way to enter the specific information from the receipt into their App and get credit towards their Rewards.
Food Bazaar is pushing for their shiny, new app, but there's no way to register your account and USE this shiny, new app. During the registration process, it asks you to select a security question, but there isn't anything to select... And thus, you can't finish registration and can't use their app. Bummer for Food Bazaar. I'm uninstalling.
Not as described at all. Unable to add to my list. Reroutes to be used on the web. No points have been added. No way to scan receipts for adding missed points. What's the point of using this?
The new app is slow. When you want to scan your barcode, it takes forever to load. I would often open the app before I get in line to prepare myself. The overall design is not that good either.
This app's store locator gets stuck in a loop trying to locate nearby stores, preventing me from using most of the app's features. I also cannot log in on a computer to set the store. Please fix this!
this app is working properly I finally get reward points and I cant log in to app due to it is stating I am using wrong password, I go to retrieve the password via email and the site it directed me too no longer exist and the security question I chose is not letting me long in it also states I am using wrong answer which is a lie. I wrote everything down, and now the 500,000 rewards points I am suppose to get I cant even get in to see if it registered. I called the store to ask about the reward points and she stated it takes 24 hours to generate but i cant check it because app wont let me log in. this is the error message when trying to retrieve recovery password 404 - File or directory not found. The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.
This NEW App is Garbage. The old app was great. Not sure why they changed it but they should go back to the old App until they get the new app working 100%. I can't log into the app. I have to keep resetting the pin and still cannot log in. What a waste of time.
APP issue fix...had same issue as Lisa below...was able to resolve it by optimizing my phone under settings... I have a Galaxy S9+ and that seems to work...now I am able to open the app and get my points! Julio

Since I started my shopping at food Bazar with the application I been adding point that give me a free shopping after collecting points.
Did not get points. I used the app on a recent purchase, the cashier scanned it but for some reason I did not get my points and there is no way to add them after. This was a problem since it was a large purchase.
My one and only best 💓 I couldn't count the time I past by and never go in. You always have just about everything I need all the times! Always stock never empty! Enjoying the savings at all times, keep up the good work, I wish I could get paid by this. Even if it's a dividends stock buy just for me!
