Food City Pharmacy Mobile App
Food City Pharmacy brings you the official Android app featuring Refill by Scan, Prescription Transfer and Refill Reminders. This app offers the most convenient way to refill your prescriptions. Simply scan the bar code from the pill bottle, or type in the Rx to quickly order your refills. Transferring a prescription to your local Food City Pharmacy can now be done directly from our mobile app also. Optional refill reminders can be sent directly to your phone via Push Notification to let you know a prescription is available for refill. Additional features include Store Finder and Store Specials.
There is no charge to download the app. The app does require data access and depending on your data plan, you may incur costs related to data access.

It does what it needs to I guess but for some reason it doesn't correctly tell me what Meds are due for refill. Also, it has some of the same Meds listed more than once, which makes finding the proper one confusing. But like I said, it does what I use it for which is refills, so.
Great app! Most times I have to enter two or three refills at a time though. I've uninstalled and reinstalled but it's still happening.
Doesn't sync well with the instore system. I've requested a refill. Get a notice it's ready and then another ready to refill message. End up with 2 of the same thing!
SO easy to order refills by just scanning. And being able to choose a pickup time is very handy. Thanks, Food City!!
This is a good app. I find it very useful that you can set it up for the whole family in one place. Everything is right there in front of you and you can refill prescriptions with one button.
No issues with the app. Allows you to set up all your prescriptions and notifies you when they're ready to refill.
I love being able to just log on and touch which medicine I need to refilled. It's quick and easy.
It isn't perfect but no app is in my opinion. I rarely have an issue when using it and it is very convenient.

Doesn't let you save your username or sign in with email so if it's slightly different than the sign in you use with other apps it's annoying to remember. Won't let you view password to see if you made a typo. Too much effort to use.
App worked fine for me on android 6, but it won't open on android 9. Looks like the last update was to add android 6 compatibility 3 years ago. Update: Shortly after my review they released a new version that appears to function well.
I do not recommend this app. It spends more time not working than working and when it stops responding to my input, I don't know what I have done wrong and can't recover from greyed-out screen.
Some pages over right the information formation you need to see. Refilling can be kind of confusing
It's a great app. I just wish I could remove Rx that I no longer use from the list. I haven't figured out how to do that yet.
This app makes refilling your medicine convenient and is very easy to use. I like the fact it has all of my medicine listed and it's all a click away. Instead of having to take all of my medicine with me or carry a list. Also I can see if my prescription is ready for pick up and it offers auto refills in case I forget to order it I can count on this app to order it for me and not run out.
