Sketchy checkout process, final price is not shown prior to checkout, it just closes the screen when you expect the next screen to verify details. App said $10 off first order... $10 not given and was not an option during checkout. It seems like it's using doordash drivers, is this just doordash?

They sent me a promo, it didn't work. Support told me to order anyway and they'd apply it after the fact. Instead they gave me credit on my next order for a lesser amount then the promo would have covered. Pretty sneaky.

Good: Advert notifications are their own slider and can be disabled. Bad: Login should be integrated natively and seamlessly within the app, rather than (awkwardly) redirecting to the login page via default web browser app. Special instructions button is not prominent enough on item order pages. Will update review as I use app more/changes occur.

Edited from 5 to 3, as they introduced a feature to add additional items for the delivery person to pick up along the way to your home. This is flat out a lie lol. They'll send two different delivery people, so there's nothing being saved: you're just baited into spending more money, conned that is economical. What a joke. Otherwise, decent app.

If caviar (door dash) could somehow sync Google maps with their driver's phones to keep the orders from getting cold during a goddamn Oregon trail excursion I wouldn't "choose" to spend $50 on some memory of what my food once was. The route taken to bring my food a mile away apparently required a 7 mile detour while the cold steam of a once delicious meal recirculated around the ghosts of Cauliflower and chicken and rice. Forget this overpriced money grabbing leach of the service industry. 👎

works just like Doordash but has some stores not available on Doordash. Even uses the same login. But I filled out special instructions on 3 different items, and they were all ignored.

Horrible. App said delivery in 40-50 minutes, 1.5 hours later it still said 40-50 minutes. Asked for a refund, they said 5-7 business days. Complete waste of my time. Did not offer any compensation for my wasted time and energy at all.

Everytime I try to place an order for pick up or delivery it says unable to process bc the restaurant is closed- but they are open. I had to call the restaurant directly to place the order. App was a waste of time.

First of all, the app charged me $20 in fees on a $30 order but didn't tell me about any of them until my payment was processed. They then somehow COMPLETELY changed my delivery address and lost the instructions I included for the driver. I asked for text updates but they never came. After waiting an hour and a half, I finally logged into my email to find out that my food had been left on the sidewalk in front of a neighbor's house 45 minutes ago. Terrible app.

The app has been working ok but definitely has stability issues at time. My biggest complaint is the requirement of tipping at order placement. That gives you no way of adjusting your tip based on exceptional (either good or bad) service.

First off, this is 100% a first world problem, but the service provided here is so subpar it's not even funny. If I were to guess at the success rate I've had on delivered items it would be Between 60-70%. The only redeeming quality I can say for this app is that their costumer service handles mistakes well. At the same time how many orders do you need to go over an hour past scheduled delivery or just not showing up before you say you're done? Super disappointed to write a bad review like this

app is jumpy when scrolling, the fees are very substantial, they offer codes for discounts, but no where to actually put them in, and several restaurants I tried to order from were closed and wouldn't accept the order causing me to have to start all over

Downloaded this App and got what was supposed to be free delivery 4 different drivers went to the restaurant and no one would take my delivery finally 3 hrs later I received a call from a Cavoir driver saying my ORDER is being refunded and hung up with no other explanation. I called the restaurant and they told me the drivers were refusing to take because of the free delivery. What pissed me off the most is that you can see them going to the restaurant and the leaving soon after. NEVER AGAIN..

sometimes the restaurants recommended are closed. sometimes they don't exist. sometimes they are terrible. i continue to use this app to order from places I know and trust...however...they have food options that have truely jeopardized the health of me and my family...multiple times...vet your restaurants y'all...

Absolute Terrible Customer Service. The chat agent kept trying to tell me my dasher is at the restaurant and probably picking up my food. I told her multiple times the dasher just called and told me the restaurant no longer uses door dash. She was skirting around forever and never offered a refund. Doordash had to contact me to assist. They canceled my order and assisted right away. I'm uninstalling and never using these guys again.

Uber eats wouldn't let me order from the restaurant I was really craving not feeling well and needing some quality food. I am really excited for my food, only thing was I couldn't use my gift card as a payment. oh well I'll have a gift card to use later then!
