Very basic and doesn't feature much considering how much it asks to do very useless things. Whether because of Corona or other, the feature to see the daily newsletter thing is empty. Making a grocery list doesn't allow me to choose from a catalog, but expects I know the name of what I want, what aisle it's on, and its exact price. All features are highly counterintuitive. Do. Not. Download.
can't set up an account to save grocery list etc. says parser error. how about fixing this app? i am a regular customer, would be soooooo nice if your app worked! edit: the app works! I can set up my account>use the grocery list! it is now a very useful, and for me, one of my most used apps. I'm giving this app 5 stars!😀🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Doesn't have much use. Can't search grocery items to make a grocery list. App is pretty useless. Doesn't show store prices or details of things in the store at all.
Will not even let me set up. Just keeps sayin login failed due to error. Im not logging in im setting up my "account" And then of course if i try to go to grocerylist. It tells me to sign in or set up. I love my store.....but this app doesnt work
I can't get any coupons on the app. It's useless except to be able to look at the current sale ad and I can look at that online without taking up space on my phone.
Terrible app. Can't see anything as a guest. So signed up an account, no coupons available, no weekly ads and cant even search for the basic foods. This is a waste of time.
Always fast checkout, with helpful team members. A pleasure to shop. Store clean, uncluttered and well stocked. Why would anyone shop anywhere else?
You can't make a grocery list. Only thing you can do is look at the weekly add and where other Giant Food stores are. No way of looking for certain items.
Would get 5 stars if every time I tried to add my savings card it wouldn't tell me that it is already being used. Maybe it should go by your phone number like in the store.
The old Piggly Wiggly. Love their fried chicken thighs fried cinnamon apples and their greens are really delicious. Keep up the good work Food-Giant.
Love our store in Woodville, Fl. , They keep a very clean and well stocked store. The employees are awesome.

Worst Deli and Meat experiences ever. No decent customer service ever , both areas aren't health dept inspected properly. Very dirty and food is unappealing. Their only focus is frying chicken and it no longer taste good. Customers fear approaching the deli. Management seems to fear meat and deli employees. The inmates are running the prison at the Guthrie Food Giant.. Worst ever to shop. The store is guarded by flies in an epidemic ! ?

Ok so, I have downloaded, uninstalled, reinstalled several times and each time I do there is no section for digital coupons. The spot where they are advertised says recipe box. Why??
Where is the digital coupon option?!?! Not there when I downloaded the app... Fix this please! Then I'll give 5 stars!
This app is STILL useless. You can locate stores, see the sale flyer, and see some recipes. But that's it. The grocery list, coupons, and item search still do not work. My in-laws shop there a lot, but are starting to need my help finding what they need. I had hoped this app would help us to plan a quick and easy shopping trip. But I guess Food Giant doesn't care to spend the money to develop an app that actually helps their customers. FIND A BETTER APP DESIGNER!
