For the most part it's been very refreshing to have different options for lunch, especially due to Covid shutdowns. I've been pleasantly happy with the friendliness of most vendors and with the preparation and presentation of the food that's offered.

I work in an area in Atlanta where its too difficult and takes too much time to drive anywhere for lunch but too expensive to eat at the restaurants close by ($10 minimum but closer to $15 or up to 30). As someone who eats out a lot fooda has made eating lunch at work amazing! no delivery fees. They bring the restaurants to you! A different option every day and you find new restaurants you never knew about. I love the convenience and pricing. Lunch is so much better and easier now. thanks fooda!

Update: App seems to be working again. However I don't have 100% confidence that I'll be able to order successfully on the mobile app. There are also some features that I'd like to see that the fooda website has. (Adding an all restaurants view would be great) Old Review: Getting an error message every time I try to load the menu screen.

The App is fine. it delivers what is says it does. the problem lies with the venders themselves. More care has to be taken to ensure that the menu presented on the app mayches the one you have to order from once you're in line. It's the menu on the app that's likely to convince me to come downstairs and when what I was hoping for is not available well there's a teem for that in business it's called a bait and switch. Food for thought.

Uninstalled. The food is NEVER hot, and you're serving it to me in a STYROFOAM container, so I can't (or shouldn't) warm it up in a microwave. Barely warm food for $10-$15 is terrible. You can't set a pickup time, and you get the same level of coupon rewards at 200 points as you do at 400 or 600 which doesn't encourage me to bank those points. Here's a great idea: get rid of the point system and replace styrofoam with recycled cardboard containers.

I was promised a $2 discount coupon for downloading the app which I was never able to redeem. It never showed up in my app, email or where vendors could see. I was also promised another $2 coupon for a vendor no show which was never redeemed. Each time I ever tried to use either, the vendors would explain to enter my phone number or check the app and yet it still never shows up in my account. 🤦🏾‍♂️

It started out pretty well, but recently too many problems with the vendors leads me to stop using the service. Vendors leave early despite having plenty of food left, receive orders for items the don't have but don't cancel until the time the order is supposed to be ready, vendors leave out ingredients on the menu leading to allergy complications (and didn't add the uncommon to the item ingredient after being informed), foods not held at temperatures, etc...

ETA: once I posted this review, a Fooda customer care rep contacted me and fixed my problem. Great service, love this app! Can't get the coupons! This app is not verifying my phone number & therefore I haven't been able to unlock the coupons I've earned. There's no way to contact the support team either. Getting very frustrated because I actually really love this app except for this part.

Vendors are generally really good, and the app is fine when it works. But there is no way to remove an order if you make a mistake. I ended up uninstalling the app and reinstalling it in order to clear out an order. And there's no way to contact support to get a payment method removed. It's frustrating.

Phone verification does not work. I just get redirected to the fooda page in the play store. Then I open the app and still says not verified. Did live chat with support but they were not able to resolve the issue either. Losing out on points until my phone number is verified, which doesn't make sense

I appreciate the existence of Fooda in my building because there aren't many other options while the building is undergoing major renovation. However this app is useful only as to the menus. I want detail at the transaction level concerning how much I spent and the points I earned.

Great idea bringing local popup restaurants to the workplace for lunch. The selection of restaurants and their tasty food choices so far has not disappointed this die hard foodie. Fooda brings us a wonderful variety of easy to order gastronomic choices each week. Excellent service with gracious and friendly servers. Sign up and download the App, then with every order placed you'll earn $2 reward points towards food discounts. I'm hooked!

The greatest thing (food-wise) to happen to my work. The app makes it thanks much more easier to know what's coming and to collect points towards $$$ off my purchase. Waiting for the next best thing: to be able to order my food here and then pick it up at lunch. Would help save time when your lunchtime is limited.

Wasn't able to delete an item after it was in my cart, seems like that would be basic functionality. I reinstalled the app to empty the cart and start all over. I like the app and the service, however. Hope this is improved soon.

Fooda would like you to believe that the more you use them, the more discounts you receive, but I've had numerous occasions where the coupons don't work. Either the vendor says they're expired when they're not- or the coupon shows as used, when it wasn't. Then it disappears. i contacted support- but crickets. I'll be using Foodsby more, instead.

Spent money to build bonus points. When I tried to use the points, the app told me it had to verify my account with a text. Funny, it didn't need a verification to TAKE my money. The text never came through. I called Fooda, number not available in the app, and they told me that their system can't talk to T-mobile. Excuse me? Your bootknock system can't talk to the 2nd largest carrier? Whatever, most of the food available at my spot was , at best, ok. Goodbye Fooda .

The app said I changed my number and I didn't. I contacted support with no reply. I have a $4 credit but it's only showing $2. I actually have a text from them stating a $4 credit. Not sure what went wrong but something sure did!

Fooda is very convenient, especially on bad weather days. We have 4 Fooda options in the building daily and can also have Fooda delivered. Most times the in office selections are very repetitive , we may see 7 different restaurants in a aeek. That could be greatly improved.

Unreliable. Food Vendors are constantly late. I have missed out on lunch a few times as a result. Garbage service. There is nothing in the app that lets me delete me account and now I'm getting sent emails I don't want. This is not a service you can depend on.

not a very stable app. i kept getting errors when opening for the first 4 times before it opened. i would look at optimization or server capacity. not really impressed with the UI either.
