app works great,, but you cannot delete your msgs, it's been backedup since I started using the app
My food arrived about 2 hours late, no fault to the driver who was very polite and customer friendly, it was due to circumstances beyond his control. However, no response from the customer service team, no update or response to my messages. I will not be using this app again.
I was planning to use it but seeing that cash or debit isn't even a payment option makes it impossible. I hope that they realise that not everyone uses credit cards and eventually expand their payment options. I understand that it might be risky since they don't want to get stuck with unwanted food but there are risks in all ventures.
Love the app but can you make sure that the landmark aspect is shown in the directions. For some reason, though I've pinned in front my house, the uneditable address says Compound of [redacted for privacy reasons] school. To avoid discussion with people who for some reason don't see the line ending in my street and not in the school, making sure that landmark part shows up is a must. Thanks and peace.
Great app and service
First time I used the app. It keeps you updated on every step of your order. Of course owing to traffic and other things you can't control, your order's arrival time may vary. However, the service itself is a joy to use and you really don't have to leave your home for anything. You need a credit card though which not everyone has access to.
Ridiculously expensive - Quoted me at $30 delivery for a Starbucks drink that costed $40. So $70 overall. The distance between Starbucks and my location is like 5 minutes. Deleted this app as soon as I saw that fee 😂🤦♂️ Ohh and they have a promo where you get the first delivery free but it does not work because the fine print for the promo says "limited to $40" but when I tried to order it kept saying "order must be $75 or more" 🤦♂️
So far since using the app the food is delivered in a timely manner. However the delivery fee can be too expensive but it is definitely the best food delivery app in Trinidad. The one thing I wish you guys do add to the app though is more local fast food like royal castle, kfc and popeye's just to name a few.
I am happy to have a service where I can send food for my family for special occasions. The delivery fee is pricy but overall the experience has been an amazing one! I love that I used to get the $50 coupons so that way it reduces my delivery cost.
Not bad. I have been craving sushi and the restaurant had stopped delivery service. So I downloaded and ordered. When time to pay, the app told me free delivery first order however when I entered my CC info there was a $25 delivery charge added. That was a bit underhanded but I had made up my mind for sushi and I couldn't go collect it myself. Delivery time POS to POS, I had my food in 1hr. I appreciated the updates along the way. Will use service again.
Easy to use and the app keeps me notified. Deliveries were before time and food tasted good.
I had a terrible experience using this service for the first time. I placed my order at 12:15 and rang TGIF to confirm my order was placed. It wasnt until about 10min later that they saw my order on system. At 1:15 PM which is the end of the hour slot to receive my delivery I rang TGIF to see if my order ws ready and it was waiting for collection. My order arrived at 1:50pm and food was lukewarm. I would not be using this app again for further orders! I am utterly disappointed!

The worst service ever - their drivers take forever and they have refunds for me of over $300 and they haven't paid me back and when I enquired about it - no response. They also do not take into consideration if the restrunants have an item in stock or not. There is also no flexibility with orders. Waste of time! Do not download.
Do not use this scam app at all. They advertised free delivery on your second order if you paid with the first visa ( check there Facebook) But when did my second order it was only 60 dollars off when I called they said it's been to be only 60 not free. Just don't waste your time
Excellent Customer Service. Driver came approx 45 mins which was not bad atall. Food came hot which was great! Updates were given every couple minutes till food arrived.
If I can put 0 stars I would of. Don't believe the complete 5 ⭐ reviews here. They are stakeholders of this app. This app remains running on the background collecting confidential information such as your location, phone app, camera and storage data. I would never trust a local trinidadian app that needs so much permission just to deliver food. Hella sus.
Good service and availability of restaurants, and excellent customer service, but delivery charges can be a bit high. The coupons they used to give for using Visa was very useful.
The food takes a very long time to arrive and the info on the app isn't always correct. Needs some improvement!
My food delivery was fast. The number of restaurants to choose from were limitless with a wide variety of food and drinks on the menu :)

The service is excellent. I have been using since March 2020 and the app and service has seen many updates and improvements.
It's about delivering food like Uber eats I'm guessing and it says that they have nothing to deliver to my area...what a waste of space on my phone...btw I live in trincity so I don't understand what this is about I would just go Starbucks instead or order dominions
Really bad app can't update my address the restaurant items are incorrect and just does not work. It really is a zero stars and I normally don't write reviews
Not sure why people are complaining that's it's an online service... That's the point lol, I ordered some Hakka, order reached in time, no issues

Bad. Just bad, why are we only given a option for a credit card only? Like hello numb skulls gives ileus more payment options.
Excellent App. However need more restaurants and stores in the Caroni / Las Lomas area to come on board.

This was great straight up until the update and now the app is saying they don't deliver in my area. I am deeply frustrated. Edit: issue has been fixed.
