I just installed this and had a first try. it's convenient and good idea BUT this app doesn't show you the tickets you got from the queues. I searched multiple times. so you need to screen cap after you get your ticket and if need to search for your restaurant and click to get the ticket to check the status. which is extremely inconvenient. I hope it's just me not knowing how to locate this expected and common feature.

I have installed the apps for several times this morning in my Samsung Note 10 cell phone, the main page was all black after I opened the apps after installation completion each time. Please advise how I can fix it. (Recrived the feedback from Gulu CS Team and they has helped to fix my problem already. Thanks so much!)

Despite previous similar comments, the system still allows the restaurant to call the tickets too fast. It passed 10 tickets almost immediately. So basically the notification for 5-10 tickets ahead is useless. The restaurant allowed no flexibility and asked us to queue up all over again even if we arrived within 3 min. I would suggest either to restrict the restaurant from calling the number too soon or adding a rule for allowance of a specific time frame e.g. 5 min.

it always ask for confirmation. if missing, it treated as forgive. and, the queue sometimes goes very fast and the user is easy to overlook. in fact, no need to answer such stupid question. the user should be preferable to keep on going in the queue. please consider to eliminate that button or the question. thanks.

do not try the take away function. if the order has sold out, it is no refund, no notice. and the app cannot help. the hotline will only tell you, the restaurant do not allow the refund, we cannot help and control, but I paid for you. you only earn the money, but no responsibility. it is better to directly order to restaurant. Gulu even asked the restaurant to call 4 times in 1 hr to push me to accept no fund is correct.

too many ad blocking the operation

After update, I couldnt register or login using my phone #. After making the verification call, it answers saying login failed. I'm using note 9. And it wouldn't let me view the restaurants I saved because I cant login, or my tickets.

Slow app with endless loop. There is no way you can use this app to make a successful purchase. Shops listed there are not as reliable in quality

Unable to open the app. Requested lots of phone permission. And the app is using AliCloud as platform, seems the data will be sent to China.

The layout of the updated app is not user-friendly. The icons are over designed and not straight forward. Suggest you to read through the design guideline of Android apps from Google

Lots of places to choose from and good deals. But apps response is slow, and takes forever to load.

Unable to login or register on 16 Feb. 2020, please improve your system. First time to know this apps and try to find find out whether it is user friendly compares to other apps . Disappoint so far.

I got the same bad experience as per the comments I saw (dated 3.2019). So after almost 2 years, there's no improvement at all. I came back within 1 min., the tables were passed.

Annoying apps and still got plenty of push advertising message even you turned it off in the setting.

Waste of time. Was told to download this app to participate in a random drawing for oxyair masks. The app loads but you can't participate.

after updating this simply isn't loading. takes several minutes to load on every click and eventually timeout...

The apps interface is so bad that I don't even wanna use it.

Very bad. Reserved booking at GyuGin but when I got there it said it cancelled my booking without prior notice. If so what the heck is the point of me reserving a table with this app?

There was a gulu wechat promotion, mx is still in that list when u click inside, but no one can order anything from mx using the promotion. And gulu never explain why. Very irresponsible

When you open the app, the icons keep popping up but no matter which icon you press, it's just not working

cant even register or skip registration. tested on both ios and android, data and wifi. 100% the app's problem. Pixel 3, Android 10, CSL, ocean park hk 27-12-2019

pretty much all u can do is table booking, not enough discount and coupons to make this app worth keeping.

Couldn't upload photo and leave messages. Can't find the new restaurant with this App.

Failed to register even though the call went through and succeeded.

Using Google pixel 4, Android version 10. When opening app it only shows blank screen.

nit user friendly, getting more and more complicated.

The app does not work today. I have been trying to get a ticket from various restaurants for one hour. You should expect there would be an internet traffic jam on Father's Day !
