Foodies: Recipe by ingredients

- We do not own the data. The data is curated from a third party vendor.
Welcome to Foodies 2.1
Here are the features released right now:
1. Search by ingredients, you can search by entering multiple ingredients. Try popular local names of ingredients as well.
2. We will list a maximum of 100 recipes based on your search criteria. You will know how many ingredients are there, how easy is the recipe, can see an image of the recipe, and the original author information.
3. You can tap on any recipe you like to see a detailed view, and a link to visit the original recipe web page. Due to copyright issues we could not get the recipe as text to you, but you will be able to see the recipe.
4. Introduced auto complete where the app remembers the ingredients you searched for earlier and shows them as suggestion as you type.
5. You can share the recipe with your friends. While sharing, please do not forget to share our url as well :)

i like the fact that you read and comment on reviews, shows you care. I just made my first meal by using a recipe with just the ingredients I had on hand. I improvised a little , it's in the oven and looks yummy. The only problem I had was the app. telling me my java script wasn't on , and it was. So I viewed the recipe with a dark screen. It worked. I'm sure it was some technical error on my part. Thank you for the recipe!
It's pretty handy even if you only put in one ingredient. Most recipes are fairly simple as well. I would like to see more recipes for the Instant Pot.
Cool App! Easy to find recipes for available ingredients. A time saver when we don't want to go to the grocery and can't figure out what to eat.
Love to try new recipes based upon the food I have on hand. What I have made did not disappoint. Makes cooking a sumptuous meal all the more fun!
Does not always use the ingredients you have submitted. I said Hake fish and it gave chicken. Or when I said green beans and it didn't use any in the recipe. I'm just mentioning a few.
Cool app. Can put just one ingredient in and it will give you ideas. Smart for using up things you need to get rid of or may have been in freezer a while and need using up. Minced beef and onion pie for us tonight!
put in a list of stuff but none of the recipes included them. not really helpful when I put I have minced beef that it comes up with 20 results which don't contain it
Love this app here's what it does . You put in a few ingredients that you have and it sorta suggested recipes involving those ingredients . I love it 10 out of 5 .
Helps me with meal ideas. Pretty cash tbh. You can even just put the name of the dish if you want the ingredients list for a certain recipe.
just got the app. really like it so far. It would be better if there was a place to save recipes to, unless I just haven't figured it out yet. But other than that it's very helpful and simple to use.
Not enough sorting tools. Can only enter 4 ingredients or it gets confused. Not helpful.
Super helpful. I have discovered so many new recipes and new ways to cook. Helps to get creative.
Very good app with lots of recipes for ingredients you have on hand that you just don't know what to do with, or if you have leftover ingredients you want to use up.
tried it out tonight. was pleased. new favorite way to cook gizzards. cant believe ive never pan seared in butter after boiling.
Love being able to put what I have on hand and get many recipes with varying degree of ingredients and skill.
Of course it's small so no saved liked recipes, I don't also write all ingredients, just some. You can add sth.
this is such a cool app! it has helped me use up the foods i have in my house giving me multiple recipe choices! love it!
Very bad. Only type 4 ingredients and the recipe mentions the ingredients you didn't even type.
Looks like a nice app..but wish u culd add more than 4 ingredients @ a time..then it wuld be perfect.
Tried half a dozen times, changing ingredients and number, never got a recipe...
I use this app every day. I love the simplicity of it and always get great recipes
So far so good. It's nice to have access to a wide variety of recipes with my primary ingredients.
I only needed recipes using what I have on hand. The suggestions makes me go shopping. Uninstalled
Uninstalled after I looked up 'eggs ' and the first 10 recipes were Martha Stewart 's poached egg recipe. Please clean up the duplicates.
worked with the first 2 ingredients I tried, can't give it 5 stars until I try it a few more times

cant make recipes with 4 ingredients... cuz then you add like 15 more I dont have.. I put what I DO and your app freaks out
Most of the recipe links led to websites that didn't have the recipes
Not bad. Finds a recipe or two with ingredients entered but like any search engine today many other irrelevant recioes show up. One particular search had duplicate recipes and one was even shown seven times in the same search and shown three in a row at one point. Decent enough but I'll stick to Google searches.
