Disappointed!!👎 They have messed up orders. Just had a coworker order Mexican food. Food Jers didnt check to see that the rice and beans were missing from the order. Even after getting tipped they refused to full fill the order!!! Never using them again. Our work place have given them a lot of business!!!
Broken, can't search for anything, currently using Galaxy S10+, redownloading doesn't change anything, why is FoodJets unable to release a hotfix for their app?
App doesn't work! When I open it all I get is a No internet connection error! Annoying.

Waited almost half hour in cold outside for "curbside delivery". Driver never showed, tried contacting her three times, no answer. Driver - Marcia wrote food was "delivered", so was ripped off by her.
According to the map I am in the delivery area yet no restaurants display. App just states "We are woking on something great"
I was having the same internet error. Uninstall the app and reinstall and it fixed the problem.
Worthless to me. Doesn't recognize my address since my house is new construction, and no option to enter it manually. Should have fixed that before leaving door flyers all over the community
This is the worst service I've ever had the guy that was supposed to bring the groceries completely forgot the groceries
We have used food jets twice and they past by the house everytime so the food takes longer to get here it takes over an hour
Need to get this fixed but its saying no internet connection. Why would i want to continue on if it keeps saying this?
Charged me 4 times for 1 order, then got over charges because of it, refused to even comp the one meal I ordered. Over 60$ out of my pocket for 1 sandwich, Would not recommend

This service is great, they are quick and fantastic except for the having no breakfast and also don't do ice cream runs. Just wish it could be more like doordash and go anywhere including fast food in case you're sick or are an introvert. Will make 5 star if more services are added.
Every time I or friends used this app the wait time was insanely long (minimum 60-80 minutes usually). Then it would keep getting pushed back further and further. This last time it was nearly three hours after we placed the order before it was delivered, being picked up right before the restaurant every closes. When I contacted their customer support they just said, "well it's a busy time of the day". You have to tip the driver ahead of time which makes it so the driver is not incentivized to pick up our delivery the order in a timely manner. They don't value their drivers or the small businesses they put on their app.
I've used 6 food delivery apps and this one is being un installed - the android app works, the company behind it is broken
I ordered a pie from a restaurant less than 2 miles from my house. 2 hours and 15 minutes later, it still wasn't here. Missed the delivery window by more than an hour. Finally cancelled. One and only time I'll ever use this app.
They took almost double the time to get the food to me compared to the predicted tine they gave. And when it got here my drink already had the straw in it violating health regulations.
Amazing!! My office used to use UberEats but they only have 3 restaurants compared to the 22 Foodjets has!! My only complaint is that they make you tip first and although 99% of the drivers deserve it there is one driver who is consistently rude and inconsiderate and I can't find a way to leave specific feedback for him, or request he doesn't deliver to us anymore! We order 4 out of 5 days a week and typically have a great experience!!!
Literally nothing open for delivery at 7p! What lol. I could drive not five minutes and get what I want but this is supposed to be an app for convenience yet, it doesn't seem that way.
Wasn't in my region and it said it has coming soon and I'm hungry now

App is worthless. Every time I open it the only screen that appears reads "No Internet Connection. Please check your settings and try again." Keep seeing their cars around but can't get the app to work to order. Oh well....guess uber eats, grubhub, postmates, and doordash will have to do. Bye food jets. 👋
