The App has improved significantly now Thanks for the updates. It is not slow nor lagging anymore. Very happy with the current app, its overall look and feel.

Gave deliver time as "As soon as possible", and the food was delivered after 3 hours. It would have been easier to directly go to the restaurant. By far the worst food delivery service I've used. Please increase your standards.

App keeps crashing. I'm not sure 😕 if I should keep my subscription with foodmandu or just delete everything and stop using it. Please advice.

good service,I have received the food on time and the person calling the phone have been polite and cooperative. I dont order regularly but whenever Ive ordered, I have not been let down.

Do not use this service at all. This is by far the worst food delivery service app in existence. They will mess up your order and top of that you never get your money's worth.

Since, the update if I try to pay with esewa the payment gets failed but the amount is deducted from my esewa and moreover the order is also not made just the money is deducted.

Order takes too much time to get delivered. Food is usually cold when it reaches home. Not worth spending so much money.

I've had a very bad quality food delivered once, and all foodmando said was that they would propagate my feedback to the restaurant. It's good that they should definitely do that and hopefully they improve going forward. I did not ask for a refund but ideally they should have offered the refund at least. I have uninstalled the app for now and will check them out in next 6 months if there has been any improvement. For now I am strictly avoiding any food delivery service apps.

Whenever I order main courses, they always miss out lot of components on the plate as compared to restuarant version. The serving portion becomes very small whenever I order as compared to the restuarant version too. I have specifically asked them to look into this matter in their special instructions box but then I was still very disappointed with my delivery. may be you guys need a much larger or much compatible packing boxes to tackle this issue. Please look into this matter !

Amore Pizza Durbarmarg, in this app, said they would deliver a free chicken momo if you order 2 pizzas. I ordered 2 pizzas but they delivered veg momo as free. Also the quality of the foods was just average. The app should give rating and reviews facility for the available restaurants so that we can order from the ones which have good reviews. Thanks.

Super late delivery | Cold food | Horrible Service Yesterday I ordered at 6:30 pm, it showed it would deliver at 8:15 pm which is pretty late already but I confirmed, then I got a call at 7:40pm saying that the order can't reach before 9:30pm as the restaurant wasn't picking up their call and they were not sure that it was open. Now imagine you're hungry and you've been waiting for this food and then it comes at 9:40pm and still it's cold and missing items. Will never order from here again.

I have both good experience and bad with it. There was a super late delivery and i got call delivery will be late after I was waiting for 2 hours and i was super hungry after coming back from work and already paid. Another thing is there is 0 description of food which makes you wonder what those fancy food names actually are and makes you hesitate to even place order. We nepali aren't used to such fancy names.

They will deliver your things after 5 hours. Get ready for more surprises.. Uninstalling after one try

I just ordered some food from Foodmandu and guess what happened? This guy from CS calls me and says could you come 2 km near for pickup. Lol bro if i've to come out to get food, I'd go to the restaurant myself. Why'd i order from your app? If my place is out of service area then tell me when i put the delivery address.

See if you fix the bug from your end and send us the update.. You're losing money, foodmandu !

The app works fine usually. But Foodmandu service is getting slower. Another complain is that even after confirming an order..i have been called near to when I am supposed to get my delivery saying some items in my order is unavailable and i have to change my order and my wait time is added even more😡. i wouldn't have wrote about this but this has happened 5-6 timew recently 😠. You should first confirm with the restaurant that the item is available before call clients to confirm their order

they didn't give free somersby with the order, even though its shown in app that we get free somersby. (foodfest 2019). The app itself doesn't have any issues though. it's great. and the foodfest section added in the app was interactive and enjoyable as well.

I have been using this app for the last 6 months and its pretty satisfying. Ordering food is fantastic.And i recieved all my orders within 45mins to 60 mins. I order groceries too, but it is not really that satisfying.I think the delivery is little late than normal and the vegetable quality is pretty bad too.But i still prefer to order my groceries from here.LoL. Beside, the best thing i like about the app. ,is the feedbck you give to every comments.Consideration,concerns.👍

Everyone has problems sometimes but foodmandu handles them very elegantly. The staff are polite and helpful and the riders are easy to talk to and patient. The app itself is easy to operate and informative. The food received is well packaged and untampered. Lots of option for payment. Love the food and love this app. Thank you foodmandu.

At first it was fine. But lately, my orders are replaced or don't come at all. I've had enough of this. A delivery guy insisted that the billing from the restaurant was wrong but it was not. The system didn't update the new order but the delivery guy can use their head. I paid for smthg I didn't even get. customer should only pay for what they get. Its not just about the money. Its about trust. After struggle I did get my money. Hope foodmandu will improve their system and people they hire.

Very slow delivery. Except to wait 2 hours after ordering to have food delivered. And even then they'll probably forget to bring some items or the food will be packed inappropriately. More hassle than it's worth. They call you four-five times for every order. More if something goes wrong.

The service is awful. I ordered food from a place that their app said will deliver to Bhaktapur. And after placing my order they call me and told me it cannot be delivered to your area. It happened twice now. If you can't deliver in Bhaktapur then why do you have a separate restaurant selection in your app that shows places that can deliver to Bhaktapur. Awful service
